“Found this guys on google! My kids love socks and you guys have a huge selection! Another great thing is that lots of them contain some % of cotton and thats very important for me that its not all polyester!!! We'll be back! Kids will be super excited this year with their stocking stuffers!”

“You sent these to the billing address and not the shipping address. My niece is in a hospital and these were yo be sent to her. Extremely poor service. Will NOT recommend”

Hi Emma, That was very sweet of you to send socks to your niece at the hospital. I'm sorry that your experience was frustrating. To clear up any confusion, we do not ship to billing addresses. We ship to the shipping address provided to us. After looking into your concern further... I have confirmed that we shipped to the shipping address provided. While we don't normally look at billing addresses... on this order it is the hospital address. It appears that in the excitement to order socks the addresses might have been entered incorrectly. “socks are nice but the continual barrage of spam email is a pain and there is no option to unsubscribe. have blocked them and won't purchase from them again”

Hi Melanie, Thanks for the feedback! So glad you liked the socks! There are two ways to unsub from our email updates. The Unsubscribe at the bottom of all our emails is a link that when clicked it will direct you were to go or contacting us direct through our online form. I'm happy to help you unsub. As you can imagine with online holiday shopping it can be hard to know what to say and do and how often to make yourself seen without being annoying. So sorry we got annoying. I will tell our email person not work so hard. Please let us know if there is any other way we could improve our services. ;o) Have a great Christmas!
