That was very sweet of you to send socks to your niece at the hospital. I'm sorry that your experience was frustrating. To clear up any confusion, we do not ship to billing addresses. We ship to the shipping address provided to us. After looking into your concern further... I have confirmed that we shipped to the shipping address provided. While we don't normally look at billing addresses... on this order it is the hospital address. It appears that in the excitement to order socks the addresses might have been entered incorrectly.
