“Collection was going to be between 13.00 and 16.00, called at 12.45 to say on route, arrived at 13.10. Very polite efficient drivers, no fuss at all, very good service thank you”

“DO NOT USE FURDECO The operating system they use is supporting frauds during delivery. They send you a message informing you for the date of delivery. No description of what you expect (in case of multiple packages) or tracing number. You take an afternoon off work to accept the delivery and they do not turn up. No communication. When eventually you get hold of them (they have my mob number register on their system so they see who is calling and what they have delivered to the address), they told me it was delivered. Advised me to contact the retailer. The retailer provided me with a receipt of the item being delivered. On this document I can state it is not my signature and not my name. There is a camera system at the estate so I can confirm there was nothing delivered on the day. FURDECO do not share their complaint procedure. They provide an email delivery@furdeco.co.uk but never got back with a reply. STAY AWAY from this company”

“We were kept well informed by furdeco of delivery dates and times and they delivered spot on those times. The delivery men were respectful and delivered the very heavy items without any trouble at all. Very pleased.”

“Very easy to deal with, kept me up dated, given 3 hr delivery slot 7-10am arrived at 8 and called when 15 mins away. Polite delivery men and carried the furniture in and took away a previous damaged item. No hassle 👍”

“From time of ordering to time of delivery. Well informed on all counts Weather abismal on day of delivery. Driver rang to say 15 minutes away as slightly later than time stated. Delivery driver helpful & placed order where we wanted it”

“Absolutely useless. Make sure you furniture seller does not use these rude unhelpful morons. No customer service, no listening to what I asked for failed to even remotely consider me a customer and try to help me with scheduling a delivery over the holiday period. Totally untrustworthy and unhelpful.”
