“Retailer informed me that delivery was set for Monday however Furdeco were unable to deliver until the following day and were quite blunt when telling me that they were ‘not in my area’ on Monday. Delivery day was very different. Very polite delivery staff who made sure I was happy with the condition of the product before they left. Also placed it where requested within our house which meant I didn’t have to man handle it to its final location. Very happy with this part of the service”

“More than happy with sofa, delivery was perfect timing(was given a time slot), was kept upto date, with the driver phoning to update us on expected arrival time. Only reason we didn't give 5* was there was a couple of bolts missing, although did manage to assemble with what was provided!”

“Communication from Furdeco was fantastic. I was given a time slot between 7.00 am - 10.00 am on 15/1/24. My parcel arrived safely on time. At 06.50 am I switched off my intercom inside my flat so I could hear the delivery driver buzz my intercom. At 07.15 am I got a phone call from the delivery driver saying the door is locked, so I explained to him you need to press the buzzer next to the front door, he hung up. I went out into the communal area I told the delivery driver twice through the communal window to press the buzzer on the wall. At that point I went back inside my flat. He finally pressed the buzzer outside than I could yet him in through the front door via my intercom. I was already at my door when he came upstairs. I managed to smooth things over with the delivery driver but this guy needs to stop assuming when delivering parcels .The front door has to be kept locked all the time for security reasons”

“Really quick delivery. Drivers were polite. It would have been nice if they had unpacked the sideboard would have paid a little more for this service. I am elderly and disabled so it was a real struggle I had to use a Stanley knife to cut away tiny pieces of cardboard until I could slide the sideboard in place. Never mind done now.”

“Very good service delivered on time,I was asked if I wanted to unpack and put together myself,when I said your supposed to do it they just got on with it,they did a really good and quick job,but they did charge me for taking the packaging away”

“Very good service the 2 guys were polite and on time they unpacked and assembled our sofas. Just a shame they did not have their own tools to attach the legs on the sofas and had to borrow my tools”

“The delivery was made within a few days of order. It was a large heated towel rail which was quite heavy. When I indicated that it needed to go upstairs the delivery man looked nonplussed - so I assisted him quite why ? as there were 2 delivery men on the van I have no idea ????”

“Quick and efficient. I was told the day and given a time slot. I then received a phone call with an approx time. My only issue is that I found it hard to understand the delivery driver on the phone. Without being rude. His accent was so strong I needed to ask him to repeat several times. It would help if drivers where English is not their first language spoke as silly as possible. It would help.”

“Great communication and delivery details beforehand. Delivery guys very pleasant and respectful. Would have given five stars but they refused to carry up to first floor (we live in a coach house). Left in box in garage for hubby to bring up and build later (I better get him some beers in!). Just something to be mindful of if you live in a first floor property. But other than that generally very happy.”

“My sofa was delivered within a few days of my having bought it and it came within the time slot I was given with a telephone call from the deliveryman to tell me they would be with me in half an hour. It was very well wrapped and was carefully transported into the house. I am happy with the service.”

“Great.. was given pre warning of the delivery time, and the two men turned up pretty much on time. Assembled the furniture and prepared to leave. They wanted to leave the packaging, but when I asked them to take it, they agreed.”

“Should have been 5 stars if they had only despatched my order from Best Heating when they received it. I had to phone a week later for them to mark for despatch to have it delivered. The delivery guys were first class.”

“Good communication before delivery and driver kept in touch with timescale on the day. Men would not take away packaging which was large and would have been difficult for me to dispose. Unfortunately item was faulty and had to be taken back so thankfully I still had packaging. Again Company kept me informed of collection details and driver phoned on the way to uplift items.”
