Absolutely terrible service, got a email yesterday telling me a time slot for my delivery. This was for today between 1500 and 1800, received a phone call from the driver saying where are you you not at home. I said yes that's correct I'm at work can you leave the package with my neighbour, I got told I will have to check. Then I got a phone call from your office from William, saying we can deliver to a neighbour. On my return home spoke to my neighbour,not received anything so I phoned your office again, to be told by the same person William no we can't leave with a neighbour as they have to have the keys to your house. What a load of rubbish. I would like to thank furdeco for recking my daughters Birthday tomorrow as this was her main present she asked for. I will now have a upset child crying on her birthday .so thank you world class delivery service, NOT. Please if you can't run a company that cares don't bother. Regards

Appalling service - avoid! Never received item. Gave up after 3rd failed attempt and cancelled order with the supplier. Thankfully ordered via credit card

Unhelpful jobsworths. Turned up outside the delivery window and then refused to help get a large / heavy item to where I needed it to be, unlike JL, DPD, etc., who I’d also been receiving deliveries from in the process of furnishing a house. Will avoid like the plague in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Awful company! AVOID at all costs! Can never get through to their contact centre, and when you go after over an hours wait, they are absolutely useless! Are your staff even trained?? Received a text to say Hebridean carriers will deliver my sofa the following day, waited in all day and nothing arrived. Called furdeco whom said sofa was with Hebridean carriers and should have been delivered that day and was told to call them and given their number. Called other company and they were fantastic, Margaret went above and beyond to help me. They had not even received my order from furdeco. Margaret contacted furdeco and was told they planned to deliver my item to them that Friday (3 days later), so why on earth did furdeco tell me an other courier had it when in fact they still had it. Hebridean haulage kept my details and said the would contact me when they received sofa. Which they did, the following Tuesday (nit Friday) I received a call from Ellie at Hebridean carriers, to let me know they’d receive my sofa, delivery date was arranged for Thursday, delivery arrived on time and delivery driver was very helpful and professional. Thank you Hebridean carriers for all you good work and help, truly appreciated.

Five Scheduled Deliveries. None took place. I received confirmation texts and emails including time slot. The first two Scheduled Deliveries I received a reschedule on the morning of expected delivery. The three other failed deliveries I had to chase them up. Their Customer Service is appalling. On some calls you will wait for 25 minutes and an automated message will advise no one is available and cut off. When you do eventually speak to someone they are very unhelpful. Promise the world and fail to deliver anything. After three weeks and five failed deliveries with the item never leaving the warehouse, The Range cancelled my order. Moving things around in your personal life including kids, work, school runs on five separate occasions is anxiety filling and frustrating when the item never arrived nor even leaves a warehouse. I will now check who the delivery company is before ordering online.

Terrible experience – avoid if you can I had a really frustrating experience with Furdeco. Trying to reach their call center was a nightmare — I was stuck in the queue behind 17 or 16 people, and just as I finally reached the front, the line broke. No call back, no help. The delivery wasn’t made on time, and rescheduling was an absolute headache. Their customer service was completely unhelpful, especially when I explained I’d be travelling for the Easter holiday. I tried to rearrange the delivery 3–4 days before Easter, but they flat-out refused. Overall, the lack of communication, poor support, and rigid service made this one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend using Furdeco

They just don't deliver your order sits in their warehouse until you cancel it with the supplier.

Terrible first experience with this company. They failed to deliver my entire order yesterday, only two boxes arrived instead of three. I wasn't even aware until one of their delivery crew called me some 15 minutes after to say they had forgotten to deliver the third part. Almost 24 hours in & no further communication, I am now without a bed because the missing box contains all the fittings & part of the frame. Can someone please do their job & get back to me, when will I receive the third part of my order? A customer should not have to chase anything up, it is terrible practice.

Furdeco delivered initial item with deep gash on the side. It had to be returned. On the second delivery with a wide 3 hour window I had stepped out and got a call from them saying they were ten minutes away. I asked if it were possible to shift the delivery so I have more time or if I should rush back. They said I’d get a call shortly to let me know. After a few minutes I got a call from a far less friendly individual to ask if I was in. When I said I wasn’t I was informed they were too close and don’t wait so I would need a redelivery. I decided to rush back. Said okay and legged it. Only to find out from a neighbour that they never showed up. They confirmed this when I called them. Said they marked it declined in the system and then they charged the company I ordered from £40 for the redelivery. Slightly on the scam line without actually crossing it. The company said they tried their best to reason with Furdeco but got nowhere. Of course these costs are passed on to the customer. I’m sure when one’s item comes in good order with good notice so you’re not in the shower or indisposed or out for a coffee you won’t find any issue with the company. But when that slips it falls hard. I would avoid Furdeco. It’s within their ability to call much beyond 10 minutes and also to at least show up. At the very least they can improve their customer service as a start because at the back end it’s completely none existent.

Keep your eyes on delivery team at all times. I’ve Delayed this review until police investigation concluded. Company have chosen not to disclose what pre-employment checks are done on delivery staff so I’m guessing they do none.

I arrived home to find my part of my delivery on the drive as instructed and the other half in the middle of my lounge! There was note on the door telling them I wouldn’t be home and the neighbour would sign. I also had 2 separate phone calls 1/2 hour before the delivery and I explained this. I cannot believe the delivery driver entered my property without permission. I was shocked to say the Least! No what you expect from a courier service ☹️

Two extremely rude “men” turned up to deliver our wardrobe yesterday and expected my girlfriend and her disabled mother to unload the two 41.6kg parcels from their van! Perhaps these guys are in the wrong career path if they’re not up to whatever standards you believe you have as a company.

I was told sideboard would arrive fully assembled. Delivery men told me they had put the legs on. Thought it was shorter than I expected but took their word for it. Today I found legs in a package in the drawer. Being a 82 year old disabled person there is no way I can attach the legs on my own. Probably going to have to pay someone to do it for me. Appalling delivery.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. I contacted them very early to arrange delivery in the hopes I could arrange a time and date to suite. I agreed a date and clearly stipulated delivery needs to be conducted after lunch in the PM. I then patiently waited two weeks. The day before intended delivery arrived and i received a message notifying me delivery of said package will be in the morning. I contacted customer services and informed them this wasn't agreed, to which they responded the time cannot be changed and I would be looking at approximately another 2 weeks to reschedule the delivery. So i then had no choice but to rearrange work, and childcare. The day came and they were an hour late! Terrible customer care, would definitely look to steer from

Furdeco sent me a text on Saturday 10/08/24 to arrange collection on the 12/08/24. The time slot i was given for a collection was between 12-15, this was not convenient. They said contact them by phone to change if any problems. By the time i picked this text up it was to late to phone as they are only available till 3.pm Monday to Saturday. I phoned first thing Monday morning and left message. I received a text at 12.04 to say they would be with me in around 40-90 minuets. They clearly did not pick up my message. They then phoned me from the office and i told them again it was not convenient, i was told they would get back to me with an alternative date.The collection was arrange through The Range. The item was being sent back due to damage and missing part. I have been in touch with The Range several times who tell me they have emailed Furdeco a few times but they are still waiting for a response. It is now 12 and i am still waiting.

Firstly items ordered, boxes missing no check on what should be delivered 🙈 Secondly both delivery and member of staff on the phone were rude and unhelpful. Still wrong items delivered 🙈 Really bad experience and it’s not over yet.

If there was an option for no stars, they would get it. They sent a delivery time and then arrived to deliver 4 hours earlier and told us we weren’t in. Their customer service is appalling, don’t expect anyone to answer or even try and help. They cut calls dead, they tell you it’s your fault. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE FURDECO

Terrible service, they re-schedules my delivery 3 times (apparently forgetting to load my item into their delivery truck each time). Calling them was such a chore with being hung up on several times, and their call centre staff being absolutely clueless and putting me on hold for ages (they use a cheap call centre in India). Also beware of the phone number they use to contact you, it incurs extra charges when calling them back.
