Absolutely shocking customer service. My delivery has now been cancelled for the 4th time! I've so far been told that it was a failed delivery implying that it was my fault ... After spending an hour on the phone "you are caller no 113" it transpired that they infact did not scan my item onto the van, I was assured it would come on the Monday and Alex ensured me he would scan it on himself. Monday came the pool did not! After another hour of waiting in the phone que i was told a manager would call back.... They did not! Order rescheduled for the Tuesday.... Again it did not arrive! Order confirmed for today! And yet again no delivery due to "unforseen circumstances "... After another hour on hold apparently the item wasn't at the correct wearhouse! I'm now waiting on a call from someone more senior+that I'm certain won't come) and a pool to be delivered tomorrow morning (I'm not holding my breath) Meanwhile unpaid leave is racking up for deliveries that aren't coming and the heatwave and half term are almost over! So thanks for that furdeco!!!

Only given 1 star as you cant leave 0. Absolutely disgusting customer service, from both delivery drivers and their head office. Ordered a £600 desk which they dropped off the back of the lorry then dragged along the road. When my husband advised the desk was damaged they then dragged it across my hall flooring damaging that. Packed up the damaged items, eventually and left leaving my front door wide open, bear in mind I have a dog and 2 house cats. Have emailed their head office regarding the rudeness and damage to receive absolutely no reply, so please do not post that you are investigating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m hoping I can edit this review to a more positive rating but at the moment, I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Furdeco so far. I ordered an item from Go Outdoors on the 28th April. On the 30th April, I was informed that ‘your order has been dispatched and will be with the carrier shortly’. I waited and waited, but the tracking page never updated. I contacted Go Outdoors on the 12th May (2 weeks since I placed the order) and they advised that Furdeco should have been in touch with me to arrange a suitable delivery slot - which they didn’t. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get through to Furdeco and each time I reached ‘queue position 1’, the line cut off. Absolutely infuriating. Go Outdoors ensured me that they would handle this directly with Furdeco on my behalf and advised that they had managed to make contact with them and delivery was scheduled in for Friday 15th May (today). I have had no call or any other form of correspondence with them today, and when I asked Go Outdoors if they can confirm my item was indeed getting delivered today, they have basically advised that they are unsure and need to wait 48 hours for Furdeco to respond. Also, when checking the tracking page, it still says ‘waiting for delivery date’, even though I was told it was guaranteed for today. Can someone from Furdeco please advise the whereabouts of my order and confirm that delivery will be taking place today as planned? If not, I would like to know why as I’ve not had any update to say it needs to be re-scheduled. **EDIT - this review was made 2 hours ago and has only been published at 6pm. Still no contact has been made and no items have been delivered today. Due to this, we’ve contacted Go Outdoors to cancel and refund the order and won’t be accepting any delivery attempts. Over £700 has been lost in sales for Go Outdoors so hopefully the suppliers who use this courier may consider partnering with a more reliable company!

My honest review based on 30 years dealing with Logistics company around the world. This is hands down the worst one I have got to deal with. False promises.they keep cancelling not once but twice the delivery on the day. Calling them is pointless as you are past 100 in the queue and when you speak to the agent, they can’t do a thing about it. If you do have a choice, make sure your item does not ship with them you may never receive it. If I could give it mine stars, I would!

Absolutely dreadful! Absolutely dreadful! Delivery arranged for Friday - it turned up unexpectedly on Wednesday. Delivery promised as previously arranged for the Friday - driver called on the afternoon to say that he did not have the package to deliver. Message received and confirmed to arrange re-delivery the following Wednesday. Indeed as before, tracking on the day indicated that the delivery was on schedule. Delivery failed once again due to the package not being found in the warehouse. Customer service not at all helpful - contacted several times and either a 40-50 minute wait to get through on the telephone or a delay of 2-3 days via email. Representatives unable to offer any assistance and promise a call-back in 24 hours that never happens. Still unresolved……

Worst experience ever. I buyed the product 2 weeks ago and they were supposed to deliver on 01.05.2026 Instead of delivering they delayed it with a day. Next day I had yo call them to find out that my order was cancelled and will be with me in 5 days

Very unprofessional staff who damage items. Their client, The Oak Bedstore are losing money because of this. 24/04/2026 I had a text from Furdeco on 23/04 stating that the delivery would be between 07:00-10:00. That morning I received another text stating that delivery would be closer to 07:00. I received a call from them at 08:00 saying that they would be half an hour and they didn't arrive until 08:30. The drivers pulled it off the van from at a height of several feet onto its edge. The drivers carried it to my door. When they opened the box the top corner was dented. They spoke to eachother in their own language (Pakistani perhaps) and on the phone to the lady at their office. I refused the order. They carried it back to the van. I called The Oak Bedstore to discuss this on the day and they arranged for redelivery of new drawers on 29/04/2026. They apologies on behalf of Furdeco. The Furdeco drivers clearly damaged the drawers. 29/04/2026 On this day I received the same two text messages. They didn't arrive until about 09:40. They couldn't find the drawers. They weren't scanned in. I called The Oak Bedstore again and they arranged redelivery with apologies. What a waste of time. 01/05/2026 Today I had the same two text messages. They called at 08:30 to say they will be fifteen minutes. I don't know why they bother texting as it just wastes customers time. The driver double parked outside. They lifted the box from a few feet onto a sac barrow on its corner inside down. The van didn’t even have a lift for heavy items. Slave labour. The driver drove the van and parked it while the other man brought the drawers to my front garden and dropped it down. The box had dents on corners and edges. They unpacked it upside down. I saw a dent on right back corner with the wood showing. I just said to myself maybe I could live with it and get a partial refund from The Oak Bedstore. They spoke in their own language to eachother, never in English unless I asked them a question. I mentioned that it needed to go upstairs. The man with the turban said no only ground floor. I explained again that I had arranged for them to carry to my Room of Choice and he said no again. The other man looked at his phone and spoke in his language to him and must have been saying that I was right. Then I noticed the chip ontop. I explained that I couldn't take it as there was more damage. He called his office and spoke in his language to the woman and she to responded in that language. They both seemed to think something was funny about the situation. He handed the phone to me and I told her what had happened and that the drivers shouldn't had been putting the box on its edge and dropping it and she apologised. He blamed the staff who packed the van. The Oak Bedstore have been amazing with their customer service and assured me that they quality check all items before dispatching to the courier and that they will bring this all up with Furdeco. They have now arranged for their own staff to deliver direct from their warehouse to my home. Furdeco are clearly unprofessional.

Avoid at all costs. Delivery drivers refused to bring the items into the room as agreed, then lied and said that I told them my husband would deal with it, despite the fact that I’m not married, so wouldn’t have said that. I’m 8 months pregnant, now cannot shut my front door because the items are in the way with a toddler at risk of getting out, or someone getting in. Unless try to move it myself and cause risk to my already high risk pregnancy. I asked them twice and the only words they said was ‘too busy’ twice. They refused to come back and deal with it because they’re apparently too far away now, they left all of 5 minutes ago as I called to complain straight away. Absolutely disgusting! Far from impressed. Apparently manager called Robin will be calling me back by the end of the day.

Extremely poor experience marked by five failed delivery attempts and inconsistent communication. After multiple last-minute cancellations—including two where I had taken time off work—the tracker falsely reported that I wasn't home, despite the helpline later admitting to warehouse errors. While the support team is polite, there is a total lack of follow-through. I would never order anything delivered by Furdeco again

Supposed to deliver 3 weeks after purchasing they sent email and I replied garage open but I was Offshore with wife in house they phoned my number but as I am 180 mls from land so I told wife to phone them and they said even with her in the house they could not deliver and told wife they need a signiture what was wrong with my wife signing now they say it might be awhile before they are in the area to deliver again. I have contacted sales for my money back.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Furdeco. I received a delivery text that stated: “Hi your Delivery on WED 08/04/2026. If you cant make this reply NO to reschedule...” Nowhere in that message does it say that a reply is required to confirm or accept the delivery. The clear implication is that you only need to respond if you can’t make the date. I was available, took the day off work, and waited in for the delivery — only to later find out it had been cancelled because I didn’t reply. Cancelling a delivery based on a requirement that was never communicated is completely unreasonable. The wording of their message is misleading and not fit for purpose. If confirmation is required, it must be clearly stated. This caused me a full day of lost work, unnecessary stress, and significant inconvenience. Furdeco seriously need to fix their communication process — this is a basic failure that should not be happening. Would not trust their delivery system again based on this experience.

Terrible. The stress of getting the men to deliver to our caravan was not worth it. If The Range use this company i will no longer order from them. The men delivering were rude shouted at me down the phone. Never again. They need to learn customer care rude rude rude.

Before I order an item from the seller I confirmed that it can be delivered over weekend as I am not avaiable during weekdays. Item was received by Furdeco Hone Delivery the following day. I contacted them to confirm weekend delivery only to be inform that i have to recontact them Friday to find out if they will deliver it or not. On Friday I was inform that they will NOT deliver it on Saturday. I was told that MAYBE they will deliver it the following Saturday but again they can't guarantee. They tried to push delivery for Monday despite my numerous explanations that i am simply working and not available during weekdays. After a lenthy conversation over a phone when i explained i wont be home during weekday i recived a text message advising that delivery will be made on Monday. Really unacceptable. I reached the seller, made them aware of an issue and I was reassured that weekend delivery was requested and they will keep it in hand to sort out. On Saturday morning I woke up to 2 missed calls from delivery company. When phoned back I was informed that item will be delivered on Monday, despite my previous request and despite my previous explanation regarding unavailability during weekdays. AGAIN they said they would put request for weekend but were unable to confirm if the item will be delivered or not. They denied that seller requested weekend delivery and stated that they were not aware of my request- despite my previous phone conversation with them. Clearly this delivery company has utter disregard for customers time and their availability. I still didn't receive item which is worth over £1600. They still haven not confirm if I would receive it or not next weekend. They do not listen and simply keep repeating they would put request for a weekend delivery, they are lying the they were not aware of previous request (despite I requested it myself with them over a phone. Seller reassured me that it was requested on their end as well which obviously I only can take a word for it). If I could give 0 star instead of 1 I would. Definetly I would not recommend using Furdexo Home Delivery

Very bad service. I was charged £30 for unwrapping the sofa and putting it together, when we never asked for this. We were asked to pay that money, after they had already done the work. I would not recommend to anyone. Customer service doesn't care and doesn't reply to our concerns

Customer service team are liars. Being allocated the earliest timeslot actually equates to being 9th delivery of the day and therefore not receiving the item. They just don't care. Trading Standards should investigate this company in my opinion.

Fake promises of delivery dates. The team are full of lying indians. Can’t even get hold of speaking to a fluent English speaking person. They failed to deliver my bed 6 times with giving a new excuse every time for why they cant deliver.

If we could award zero stars then we would. Second experience with Furdeco. The first was delivery of a table for NFL. The attitude of the operatives was appalling; taking 'phone calls whilst in our home. Lying and making excuses regarding the poor quality table - just because I am female, it does not mean I have no experience of constructing items. This time we are still awaiting goods to be delivered. Again appalling. They must be promising the earth to suppliers at a minimum cost. Steer clear.
