Terrible. The stress of getting the men to deliver to our caravan was not worth it. If The Range use this company i will no longer order from them. The men delivering were rude shouted at me down the phone. Never again. They need to learn customer care rude rude rude.

Before I order an item from the seller I confirmed that it can be delivered over weekend as I am not avaiable during weekdays. Item was received by Furdeco Hone Delivery the following day. I contacted them to confirm weekend delivery only to be inform that i have to recontact them Friday to find out if they will deliver it or not. On Friday I was inform that they will NOT deliver it on Saturday. I was told that MAYBE they will deliver it the following Saturday but again they can't guarantee. They tried to push delivery for Monday despite my numerous explanations that i am simply working and not available during weekdays. After a lenthy conversation over a phone when i explained i wont be home during weekday i recived a text message advising that delivery will be made on Monday. Really unacceptable. I reached the seller, made them aware of an issue and I was reassured that weekend delivery was requested and they will keep it in hand to sort out. On Saturday morning I woke up to 2 missed calls from delivery company. When phoned back I was informed that item will be delivered on Monday, despite my previous request and despite my previous explanation regarding unavailability during weekdays. AGAIN they said they would put request for weekend but were unable to confirm if the item will be delivered or not. They denied that seller requested weekend delivery and stated that they were not aware of my request- despite my previous phone conversation with them. Clearly this delivery company has utter disregard for customers time and their availability. I still didn't receive item which is worth over £1600. They still haven not confirm if I would receive it or not next weekend. They do not listen and simply keep repeating they would put request for a weekend delivery, they are lying the they were not aware of previous request (despite I requested it myself with them over a phone. Seller reassured me that it was requested on their end as well which obviously I only can take a word for it). If I could give 0 star instead of 1 I would. Definetly I would not recommend using Furdexo Home Delivery

Very bad service. I was charged £30 for unwrapping the sofa and putting it together, when we never asked for this. We were asked to pay that money, after they had already done the work. I would not recommend to anyone. Customer service doesn't care and doesn't reply to our concerns

The delivery team were in such a hurry to deliver they damaged the Fridge and our floor and doorway and Furdeco rejected the claim. Cowboys

Customer service team are liars. Being allocated the earliest timeslot actually equates to being 9th delivery of the day and therefore not receiving the item. They just don't care. Trading Standards should investigate this company in my opinion.

Fake promises of delivery dates. The team are full of lying indians. Can’t even get hold of speaking to a fluent English speaking person. They failed to deliver my bed 6 times with giving a new excuse every time for why they cant deliver.

If we could award zero stars then we would. Second experience with Furdeco. The first was delivery of a table for NFL. The attitude of the operatives was appalling; taking 'phone calls whilst in our home. Lying and making excuses regarding the poor quality table - just because I am female, it does not mean I have no experience of constructing items. This time we are still awaiting goods to be delivered. Again appalling. They must be promising the earth to suppliers at a minimum cost. Steer clear.

The customer service agency’s are absolutely terrible and unacceptable. The delivery team lads, I parked just a couple cars up the road from my own front door to witness the delivery team attend & not knock the door & took a photo of the door and went back to there van to drive off this was second chance at trying to get my delivery, I ran up & confronted the lads that then came out with every excuse as not to deliver the sofa including measuring with out a measuring tape or even seeing the property inside or door up close. I put pressure on and was not letting the item I already paid for go away so a a mix of myself and the delivery lads the sofa was delivered. We have a lot of stuff delivered off online inc large & small and medium no issues ever before, after google checks others have experienced the same issues. They Ignore my complaints and the attitude was disgusting , myself we waited for 4.5 hours after the delivery time slot start from on the second occasion in the car. Avoid at all costs this company, the RANGE and wilko use this company. In all the years I have never ever posted a negative or even a post with all the orders we have had over the years. The stress caused was unnecessary and not acceptable with for an item I had paid a lot of money for. The first delivery missed meant our daughter had a birthday at the new home without a sofa & on camping chairs and all our family, the second attempt meant myself and my autistic son getting up at 6 in the morning and sitting in the car outside the address in wait for a delivery that then showed up at nearly 10 o’clock any way, absolute jokers. Then the range are no good with there own service team with for issuies to be resolved or even talked about. Absolutely shocked at there hole attitude over myself spending a lot of money with this company. Avoid avoid avoid

Hilariously bad all round. Unhelpful, surly, inflexible and uncommunicative. I won't be using anyone that delivers with furdeco again.

Today at 10:10 AM, I received a call from your delivery team while I was in a meeting. I immediately disconnected from the meeting and called back—only to be placed in a queue. While I was on hold literally 1 minute later, I looked out my window to see the van already driving away. In total, they waited no more than one minute before leaving. I even ran down the street to catch them, but they did not stop. When I finally reached a team member by phone, he told me he would ask them to return. This was just five minutes after they had left my building, yet the delivery team flatly refused, citing their “schedule.” They had already marked the delivery as failed, despite not giving me a reasonable opportunity to accept it. To be clear: I rearranged my entire day to be home for this delivery. For the team to provide a single minute’s grace before abandoning the delivery is not only unprofessional but also utterly disrespectful of customers’ time. At no point was I given notice that they were on their way, which would have allowed me to be ready at the door. I now have no choice but to rearrange my commitments again for Friday, hoping this time the delivery team will allow more than 60 seconds for me to walk downstairs. Am I expected to camp outside my building to ensure they stop long enough to fulfill their obligation? Even Hermes managed a more reliable service than this. I trust your performance statistics look excellent today thanks to this so-called “completed” delivery attempt—but it comes at the expense of basic professionalism and customer respect. This was, without exaggeration, the most inconsiderate and frustrating delivery experience I have ever encountered.

The worst company I have ever dealt with – lazy, incompetent, and unhelpful. I had to repeatedly chase just to get my delivery slot for two sofas. Eventually, I was given a timeframe the day before – perfect. On the delivery day, however, the drivers tried to turn up early and then told me I hadn’t read the text properly, despite me showing them the message that proved otherwise. They eventually agreed to return at the scheduled time, as I was at work. When they did turn up, they claimed the sofas were “too heavy” and beyond what they could carry – something they should have known before even loading them onto the van. They then attempted to take a photo of just a small section of the driveway to claim it was too narrow, until I caught them out and advised the company of what they were doing. Next came a series of excuses: first the rain (despite it only being light and intermittent), then once the rain stopped, they reverted back to claiming the driveway was too narrow. All the while, they blocked a public access lane and sat in their van for 45 minutes eating lunch, fully aware they were preventing access to a house where a terminally ill lady lives. In the end, the company simply refused to deliver the sofas properly. They claimed the items were too heavy and they would leave them at the end of my driveway by the road, in the rain, as they are 'my problem'. When the sofa company called to say this was unacceptable, they drove off. Ironic when their company slogan is Reputation delivered.... Absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. I will provide an image below that shows thw rain was intermittent and for the most part it was sunny.

Absolutely terrible service, got a email yesterday telling me a time slot for my delivery. This was for today between 1500 and 1800, received a phone call from the driver saying where are you you not at home. I said yes that's correct I'm at work can you leave the package with my neighbour, I got told I will have to check. Then I got a phone call from your office from William, saying we can deliver to a neighbour. On my return home spoke to my neighbour,not received anything so I phoned your office again, to be told by the same person William no we can't leave with a neighbour as they have to have the keys to your house. What a load of rubbish. I would like to thank furdeco for recking my daughters Birthday tomorrow as this was her main present she asked for. I will now have a upset child crying on her birthday .so thank you world class delivery service, NOT. Please if you can't run a company that cares don't bother. Regards

Unhelpful jobsworths. Turned up outside the delivery window and then refused to help get a large / heavy item to where I needed it to be, unlike JL, DPD, etc., who I’d also been receiving deliveries from in the process of furnishing a house. Will avoid like the plague in the future.

If I could give zero stars, I would!!! Awful company! AVOID at all costs! Can never get through to their contact centre, and when you go after over an hours wait, they are absolutely useless! Are your staff even trained?? Received a text to say Hebridean carriers will deliver my sofa the following day, waited in all day and nothing arrived. Called furdeco whom said sofa was with Hebridean carriers and should have been delivered that day and was told to call them and given their number. Called other company and they were fantastic, Margaret went above and beyond to help me. They had not even received my order from furdeco. Margaret contacted furdeco and was told they planned to deliver my item to them that Friday (3 days later), so why on earth did furdeco tell me an other courier had it when in fact they still had it. Hebridean haulage kept my details and said the would contact me when they received sofa. Which they did, the following Tuesday (nit Friday) I received a call from Ellie at Hebridean carriers, to let me know they’d receive my sofa, delivery date was arranged for Thursday, delivery arrived on time and delivery driver was very helpful and professional. Thank you Hebridean carriers for all you good work and help, truly appreciated.

Five Scheduled Deliveries. None took place. I received confirmation texts and emails including time slot. The first two Scheduled Deliveries I received a reschedule on the morning of expected delivery. The three other failed deliveries I had to chase them up. Their Customer Service is appalling. On some calls you will wait for 25 minutes and an automated message will advise no one is available and cut off. When you do eventually speak to someone they are very unhelpful. Promise the world and fail to deliver anything. After three weeks and five failed deliveries with the item never leaving the warehouse, The Range cancelled my order. Moving things around in your personal life including kids, work, school runs on five separate occasions is anxiety filling and frustrating when the item never arrived nor even leaves a warehouse. I will now check who the delivery company is before ordering online.

Terrible experience – avoid if you can I had a really frustrating experience with Furdeco. Trying to reach their call center was a nightmare — I was stuck in the queue behind 17 or 16 people, and just as I finally reached the front, the line broke. No call back, no help. The delivery wasn’t made on time, and rescheduling was an absolute headache. Their customer service was completely unhelpful, especially when I explained I’d be travelling for the Easter holiday. I tried to rearrange the delivery 3–4 days before Easter, but they flat-out refused. Overall, the lack of communication, poor support, and rigid service made this one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend using Furdeco

Terrible first experience with this company. They failed to deliver my entire order yesterday, only two boxes arrived instead of three. I wasn't even aware until one of their delivery crew called me some 15 minutes after to say they had forgotten to deliver the third part. Almost 24 hours in & no further communication, I am now without a bed because the missing box contains all the fittings & part of the frame. Can someone please do their job & get back to me, when will I receive the third part of my order? A customer should not have to chase anything up, it is terrible practice.

Furdeco delivered initial item with deep gash on the side. It had to be returned. On the second delivery with a wide 3 hour window I had stepped out and got a call from them saying they were ten minutes away. I asked if it were possible to shift the delivery so I have more time or if I should rush back. They said I’d get a call shortly to let me know. After a few minutes I got a call from a far less friendly individual to ask if I was in. When I said I wasn’t I was informed they were too close and don’t wait so I would need a redelivery. I decided to rush back. Said okay and legged it. Only to find out from a neighbour that they never showed up. They confirmed this when I called them. Said they marked it declined in the system and then they charged the company I ordered from £40 for the redelivery. Slightly on the scam line without actually crossing it. The company said they tried their best to reason with Furdeco but got nowhere. Of course these costs are passed on to the customer. I’m sure when one’s item comes in good order with good notice so you’re not in the shower or indisposed or out for a coffee you won’t find any issue with the company. But when that slips it falls hard. I would avoid Furdeco. It’s within their ability to call much beyond 10 minutes and also to at least show up. At the very least they can improve their customer service as a start because at the back end it’s completely none existent.
