Terrible - and extremely expensive - service. Having paid well over £300 for delivery of one fridge and one bed, Furdeco took well over a week to contact me to arrange it. I asked them what vehicle it would arrive on because I have a narrow drive; they assured me it would be a 3.5t Luton van. On the day, the driver called to say he was in an 18t lorry and couldn't get down the drive. When I asked why I had been informed it was a van he said that the call centre staff have no idea about the fleet and give out incorrect information. The driver managed to drag the goods down the drive but left them at my front door when I had requested they be left in the garage. I called him immediately but he refused to move them as his 18t lorry could not be left parked. When I informed Furdeco of this, they claimed (1) they don't use 18t lorries, and (2) the goods were left in the garage - both completely incorrect! Disgusting that they not only provide a poor service, but then insist that they have done things they haven't. Avoid like the plague.

I wanted to give zero stars. Furdeco delivered a garden umbrella to my house. They arrived in a large van and decided to bring it up my drive despite it clearly being too large for the drive. On the way down, they broke bushes and left a scrape all the way down my drive. Despite the noise it caused, they drove off failing to stop and see the damage. This was the answer from their complaints department. We are saddened to hear of your experience. However, there are no prior notes to advise us not to drive up the driveway and nor was this expressed to the delivery crew ahead of delivery. Unfortunately, we would be unable to offer a resolution at this point. So apparently, you have to tell them not to bring a huge van up a narrow drive as they are not able to come to that conclusion for themselves. Absolute cowboys - avoid

I had garden furniture delivered by mistake as the online order had been cancelled so it had to be returned to Aldi. They told me Furdeco would be in touch to make arrnagements to collect it. They didn't get in touch so after a few days, I phoned them and arranged for the pick up to be on the following Monday. Instead, I received a text on Monday telling me it was going to be Wednesday. I called them to be told that it was because of a vehicle breakdown and that the pick up had been rescheduled (without discussing it with me first) to Wednesday, at about 8.00am. I wasn't happy because this large box was in the way and also, Aldi would not process the approx £200 refund until it was collected. Come Wednesday 10.30, no-one had been in touch. I rang them to be told that there had been a 'system glitch' and it would now have to be Friday. These people are incompetent and have quick and ready, weak excuses to try to cover it up. Their poor performance doesn't reflect well on Aldi and I'll certainly think long and hard before I buying anything else from Aldi requiring delivery.

terrible experience, incompetent, not able to understand instructions, no able to communicate between office and delivery staff two completely unsuccessful attempts, we bought a 3 seater sofa, unfortunately if I can't take the sofa out of the packaging, it won't go through the door, I already knew that when we bought the sofa, we left it instructions on delivery, very clear by email , also very clear about the responsibilities to transport in side the house 2 times today I signed the receipt paper assuming any damages, before the sofa was t take alt from the van but I was not allowed to open my the sofa to go through the door, if I open the sofa the employees do not help me to bring it into the house, and I cannot bring a sofa for 3 people alone in the house If you are an online seller and use this company I will never do business with you, waste of time

Shocking customer service, delivered a mattress in a plastic cover which was covered in dirt which left dirt on my newly decorated wall wher they left it, there was also damage to the cover which meant there was dirt on the mattress as well. I was told at the point of order at Lee Longlands that the mattress would be delivered to our room of choice. Furdeco refused and left it in the hall. How am I supposed to get it up the stairs on my own? Terrible ,Shocking Customer Service

The company removed both the protective wrapping and pallet from our solid furniture wardrobe and delivered it to the customer with smashed legs. 8 months on and lots of annual leave at their end, the company have now gone silent on paying for the damages they caused. .....Save your time and money and don't use these guys.

Iam absolutely not recommending Furdeco. Staff not willing to use shoe covers on a rainy day to access my newly carpeted home. I finally accepted them to access my house without wearing shoe covers and in return they demanded me to sign a disclaimer releasing them from any responsibility if they stained my carpets or any damage they could possibly do while inside the property. I refused to sign the document so they took the items away with them. I requested them to wait for me to contact their head office to find a solution and they literally replied to me that I was suppose to provide carpet protectors or their shoe covers. I would have been prepared (which is not what it is usually expected from customers) if they at least would have informed me about it prior delivery.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, interacting with any company, with Furdeco. This is what happened: - I ordered a bed from My Furniture specifically due to the fact that it was available immediately and was meant to have been delivered on Thursday 21st October, ahead of some elderly visitors coming to stay with us - Furdeco arranged a delivery slot for Thursday morning; I arranged to be at home all day on Thursday in order to receive the delivery - No-one showed up all day. By the afternoon, I was beginning to get worried, so I called Furdeco, who told me that delivery failed because a lady turned them away from the property. I told them that this was absurd as I was home all day and there was no lady at home. They then changed their story and said that someone talked to them through a doorbell camera and turned them away; once again this was absurd, because I do not even have a doorbell camera at my property. (I suspect that they attempted delivery at the wrong address, probably my neighbour's house, but rather than owning up to that, they repeatedly claimed that they attempted delivery at the correct address and implied that I was lying or mistaken). - Furdeco Customer Service then failed me appallingly time after time and effectively continued to lie to me. The earliest re-delivery they would arrange was 4 days later. Manny promised me he would escalate to a Manager and call me back before the end of the day on Thursday. He never called me back. I actually called back to speak to him on 2 more occasions on Thursday afternoon but was told "he's on a break, he'll call back". It never happened. I then spoke to another 'advisor' on Friday morning because Manny wasn't working; he promised to send me photo evidence of the delivery drivers visiting my property, which he never did. He also promised me a callback after speaking to a Manager, which never happened In summary: - I wasted a day of my life waiting at home for a delivery which never appeared - I ended up without a bed in time for my elderly guests and they will end up sleeping the entire duration of their visit on the floor - I've wasted hours on the phone to Furdecco with zero success - I've endured the stress and frustration of being lied to and being made false promises by this company's incompetence This is the first time I have dealt with this company and hopefully the last. I would seriously re-consider ordering anything from a retailer that uses this incompetent company as their delivery partner.

Awful experience. They delivered a bed from Oak Store, one part looked like it was wrong so i queried it. They they tried to get me to sign a paper that said i had refused for them to open the parcels and check damage - I had actually said yes to this. I said i would write what had happened on the sheet and sign so i crossed out the things that weren't correct and wrote that i was concerned one part was incorrect. As i was doing this the delivery driver came into my house and front room and snatched the paper from my hand. Then tried to get me to sign for delivery which i wouldn't do as it was wrong. Then i said i'd call the bed company and he said he'd call his manager, when i came out they had driven off! Very intimidating, any women alone make sure someone is with you for delivery. I have reported them to the bed company too.

Delivered items which had a considerable amount of packaging. We thought after removing packaging they would take it away as instructed by the company supplying the goods. Unbeknown to us packaging behind van which we only noticed after they drove off. We now had the job of breaking it all up and disposing of it. Sneaky behaviour would deter us from using in the future

I got an email on 1st September saying my sofas would be delivered on Saturday 4th September, myself and my family were all isolating as we had covid do I emailed them back to tell them this and got no reply so phoned them the following day and spoke to a polite man who said they would change delivery to Saturday 11th September so I got rid of my old sofas yesterday and sat in the house all day today on garden chairs and waited till 2pm and had heard nothing from them so decided to phone and see if they could give me a rough idea of when my delivery would be,the woman on the phone was rude and uninterested and told me my sofas were not scheduled to be delivered today,I explained that I had spoken to a man on the phone and he changed my delivery date to today as we had been isolating ,but no she said we wouldn’t be getting our delivery today and made out I was a liar and said our calls are recorded and we have no record of your call, told me she would get back to me soon with a new delivery date I asked when soon was and she would not answer me,she also said “we don’t deliver Saturdays”I said why did I get a Saturday date when you originally emailed me then?still wouldn’t answer,I’m not left with no sofa and no clue when I’m getting it and my husband is 72 years old and has health problems and no comfortable seat to sit on,absolutely disgraceful, total shambles of a company, thd manufactures need to stop using this company and hopefully it closes down cause there treated people with total disrespect

Appalling service, my partner has waited in all day for a collection that was supposed to have taken place by 2pm. On calling the office she was told that the driver had attempted to deliver, had called and even 'knocked'. This is a blatant lie as my partner had her 'phone with her all of the time and with the windows open in the small block of flats would have heard the van arrive. We will be detailing our complaint to the retailer concerned in the hopes that they will find better logistics partners.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Furdeco delivered me damaged furniture, an oak chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets, dumped it in my bedroom then left before I could check the delivery then forged my signature on the delivery note. I contacted the furniture company who arranged for Furdeco to collect the furniture a week later, 2 men turned one man attempted to carry an oak chest of drawers downstairs on his own, scuffing my landing and chipping paint of the wall. Then Left abruptly. I contacted Amardeep at Furdeco who called me a liar and told me the delivery driver picked the furniture up from outside my house as I wasn’t in. In all Furdeco damaged my furniture and then damaged my house to the tune of 200 quid then insulted me. DO NOT USE FURDECO
