"I had a 2,3m long wide sofa delivered to my fifth floor apartment. It was very tight whichever waywe went but the two super friendly and resourceful delivery guys simply didn't want to give up. We finally figured a way to carry it up from the first floor inner courtyard to the second floor landing and then up to my floor. Amazing service. Super friendly and they simply won't give up."

"There was a tarmac drive but the Driver was reversing onto paving slabs before i answered the door. Consequently 3 slabs cracked which i complained about only to be told the driver was asked to reverse onto the slabs. Complete lie in their part. Basically turned around and told my account was a lie.\r\n\r\nWhy would someone tell a driver to reverse onto a path next to a tarmac driveway."

"Great delivery experience (from Robert Dyas) good communication via texts and emails beforehand. On time and the guys brought the arm chair up 12 stairs and placed in the room of my choice. Very polite and respectful. Highly recommend this company :)"

"Had my sofa delivered in a surprising 2 days after confirmation that a courier had be selected. Lovely gentlemen managed to get 1 half of my corner sofa through the door. Part 2 was a little more difficult and had to say sorry but there were sure it would fit without the packaging but they were not allowed to un-package the sofa due to there policy incase any damages occur on there behalf. \r\n\r\nI said not to worry, after they left, myself and my mum unpackaged both parts of the sofa and then asked two friends to help manoeuvre the second part of sofa.\r\n\r\nAll in all they tried very hard to deliver the package and help with everything. I live in a flat so getting both parts of the sofa in the building was very easy and clean."
