Keep your eyes on delivery team at all times. I’ve Delayed this review until police investigation concluded. Company have chosen not to disclose what pre-employment checks are done on delivery staff so I’m guessing they do none.

I arrived home to find my part of my delivery on the drive as instructed and the other half in the middle of my lounge! There was note on the door telling them I wouldn’t be home and the neighbour would sign. I also had 2 separate phone calls 1/2 hour before the delivery and I explained this. I cannot believe the delivery driver entered my property without permission. I was shocked to say the Least! No what you expect from a courier service ☹️

Two extremely rude “men” turned up to deliver our wardrobe yesterday and expected my girlfriend and her disabled mother to unload the two 41.6kg parcels from their van! Perhaps these guys are in the wrong career path if they’re not up to whatever standards you believe you have as a company.

I was told sideboard would arrive fully assembled. Delivery men told me they had put the legs on. Thought it was shorter than I expected but took their word for it. Today I found legs in a package in the drawer. Being a 82 year old disabled person there is no way I can attach the legs on my own. Probably going to have to pay someone to do it for me. Appalling delivery.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. I contacted them very early to arrange delivery in the hopes I could arrange a time and date to suite. I agreed a date and clearly stipulated delivery needs to be conducted after lunch in the PM. I then patiently waited two weeks. The day before intended delivery arrived and i received a message notifying me delivery of said package will be in the morning. I contacted customer services and informed them this wasn't agreed, to which they responded the time cannot be changed and I would be looking at approximately another 2 weeks to reschedule the delivery. So i then had no choice but to rearrange work, and childcare. The day came and they were an hour late! Terrible customer care, would definitely look to steer from

Furdeco sent me a text on Saturday 10/08/24 to arrange collection on the 12/08/24. The time slot i was given for a collection was between 12-15, this was not convenient. They said contact them by phone to change if any problems. By the time i picked this text up it was to late to phone as they are only available till 3.pm Monday to Saturday. I phoned first thing Monday morning and left message. I received a text at 12.04 to say they would be with me in around 40-90 minuets. They clearly did not pick up my message. They then phoned me from the office and i told them again it was not convenient, i was told they would get back to me with an alternative date.The collection was arrange through The Range. The item was being sent back due to damage and missing part. I have been in touch with The Range several times who tell me they have emailed Furdeco a few times but they are still waiting for a response. It is now 12 and i am still waiting.

Firstly items ordered, boxes missing no check on what should be delivered 🙈 Secondly both delivery and member of staff on the phone were rude and unhelpful. Still wrong items delivered 🙈 Really bad experience and it’s not over yet.

If there was an option for no stars, they would get it. They sent a delivery time and then arrived to deliver 4 hours earlier and told us we weren’t in. Their customer service is appalling, don’t expect anyone to answer or even try and help. They cut calls dead, they tell you it’s your fault. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE FURDECO

Terrible service, they re-schedules my delivery 3 times (apparently forgetting to load my item into their delivery truck each time). Calling them was such a chore with being hung up on several times, and their call centre staff being absolutely clueless and putting me on hold for ages (they use a cheap call centre in India). Also beware of the phone number they use to contact you, it incurs extra charges when calling them back.

No delivery within the 3 hour time slot. No updates sent. Had to phone the number given to find out what had happened to my order. I was told the items hadn't been loaded on the van this morning but nobody told us this so wasted an afternoon waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to come.

They did manage to carry box in. With Cotswold delivery they rung before arrival, removed packaging to check product and took away all packaging. Far better service!

Avoid these cowboys at all costs. Despite requesting a later delivery I was told on Easter Friday they would be delivering early on Easter Sunday. So, as per their website, I called to get a later delivery. I was told that it could not be done as the driver's deliveries had been been written. When I asked if they could be changed tomorrow ie Saturday I was told no, they don't work weekends. (Sunday is obviously not a weekend). I did get a text telling me the delivery had been changed to the 3rd. Never happened. Following numerous calls and many more lies I got another 'delivery' text. When the window was passed and no delivery I phoned, to find out they had again taken it off the van (more lies). Eventually I got the delivery, by 2 miserable men who clearly did not love their jobs. I am glad the 2 items were well packed as they were simply dragged in and left. I refused to sign "all good", so wrote not inspected. I have proof of all their lies. AWFUL>

There was a tarmac drive but the Driver was reversing onto paving slabs before i answered the door. Consequently 3 slabs cracked which i complained about only to be told the driver was asked to reverse onto the slabs. Complete lie in their part. Basically turned around and told my account was a lie. Why would someone tell a driver to reverse onto a path next to a tarmac driveway.

Stay away at all cost. I waiting 6 weeks for a bed top be delivered. They came 5 times on the incorrect date. When they will eventually did come it was one hour late and refused to wait 5 minutes to deliver the bed. Staff were very rude. It was the worst delivery experience i've every experience. These guys shouldn't be in business.

6.40am on a Saturday morning and one of your vans is delivering. Loud voices and slamming of doors. Nobody delivers this early. Absolutely ridiculous. Many people are in bed

It was meant to be a two man delivery, but one attempted to lift my 55kg sink through my doorway on a trolley, banging the door, and my cooker. When opened, the sink was cracked from one end to the other. Not surprising as it obviously needed two men to deliver it. The driver stood next to the van stretching his legs and came nowhere near the house to help. I now have to wait until after Christmas for furdeco to deliver the replacement sink ( three weeks).Terrible experience from a company which doesn’t understand the meaning of white glove delivery. They should google it.

Having ordered some furniture from the Range, I subsequently found out that Furdeco was the chosen delivery company. I received an email late on Sunday night that my delivery was being sent Monday morning between 7-10am. As I was due a work this gave me no time to make any arrangements as the telephone hours were 9am -3pm. I phoned them later to explain the situation and said they would arrange another date. Same scenario happened the following day, I awoke to go to work saying it was being delivered between 7-10. A week has passed so I phoned them to arrange delivery. They said they could not give me a date and someone would contact me. Very poor customer service.

Still waiting on chairs collected from supplier on 21st. Communication by email says ‘they apologise and will be in touch’. Chairs are supposed to be the answer to mobility problems and required urgently. Why any company would use these ‘shippers’ is beyond me?
