"The worst company I have ever dealt with \u2013 lazy, incompetent, and unhelpful.\r\n\r\nI had to repeatedly chase just to get my delivery slot for two sofas. Eventually, I was given a timeframe the day before \u2013 perfect. On the delivery day, however, the drivers tried to turn up early and then told me I hadn\u2019t read the text properly, despite me showing them the message that proved otherwise. They eventually agreed to return at the scheduled time, as I was at work.\r\n\r\nWhen they did turn up, they claimed the sofas were \u201ctoo heavy\u201d and beyond what they could carry \u2013 something they should have known before even loading them onto the van. They then attempted to take a photo of just a small section of the driveway to claim it was too narrow, until I caught them out and advised the company of what they were doing.\r\n\r\nNext came a series of excuses: first the rain (despite it only being light and intermittent), then once the rain stopped, they reverted back to claiming the driveway was too narrow. All the while, they blocked a public access lane and sat in their van for 45 minutes eating lunch, fully aware they were preventing access to a house where a terminally ill lady lives.\r\n\r\nIn the end, the company simply refused to deliver the sofas properly. They claimed the items were too heavy and they would leave them at the end of my driveway by the road, in the rain, as they are 'my problem'. When the sofa company called to say this was unacceptable, they drove off. Ironic when their company slogan is Reputation delivered.... \r\n\r\nAbsolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. I will provide an image below that shows thw rain was intermittent and for the most part it was sunny."

"Arrived early. Asked which room for delivery. Checked no issue getting furniture into the house. Spent lots of time making sure everything was how it should be. Very professional and courteous personnel. Would highly recommend."

"I had a 2,3m long wide sofa delivered to my fifth floor apartment. It was very tight whichever waywe went but the two super friendly and resourceful delivery guys simply didn't want to give up. We finally figured a way to carry it up from the first floor inner courtyard to the second floor landing and then up to my floor. Amazing service. Super friendly and they simply won't give up."

Consequently 3 slabs cracked which i complained about only to be told the driver was asked to reverse onto the slabs. Complete lie in their part. Basically turned around and told my account was a lie.\r\n\r\nWhy would someone tell a driver to reverse onto a path next to a tarmac driveway."

"Great delivery experience (from Robert Dyas) good communication via texts and emails beforehand. On time and the guys brought the arm chair up 12 stairs and placed in the room of my choice. Very polite and respectful. Highly recommend this company :)"
