About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Decent product. Fairly simple to install. Although why the bits don’t have stickers on that state what they are as opposed to having to refer to the booklet I’ll never know. Also the desk moves a bit when you pull out. A lock mechanism on the rollers would make this an excellent product.”

“I have ordered a desk from them and on the website it said will be delivered the next day, only to find myself waiting 2 weeks cause there has been a problem with the stock at their warehouse. I was called to explain the situation and was promised some compensation (absolutely ridiculous amount) after asking for it/was never offered, but never received the refund to this day. The guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional. Would not purchase from here again. Edited: was called by the manager who apologised and offered to resolve the matter further by providing additional compensation. I changed my review as he explained the situation in more detail and apologised for the inconvenience. Also the purchase is fine and everything came as expected.”

“I purchased a single wardrobe from Furnicomp. The wardrobe itself was very good and strong and easy to put together. However, it was spoilt by the hanging rail which looked cheap and tatty and was replaced with a chrome rail. The handle was also plastic and looked cheap. About the delivery, it would have been good to have had at least one day notice. I had a message on the day of delivery and as I was away from home had to pack and dash back home to be there in time.”

“Copper bedframe is browner pipe-look. I changed this to individual-look by spraying bits with bright copper spray.Instructions say 100 kg weight limit. Not clear if this is overall for bed or for each person on a double? The slats may need to be upgraded to thicker ones as my memory foam mattress is starting to dip a little. May need to put a plywood board over whole area of slats to keep mattress flat. But to be fair was a lower cost bed around £170 with delivery. Other bright copper beds looked at were more around the £400 mark.”

“Absolutely lovely item however one of the hinges to the doors is slightly bent and it now does not shut properly, I have to now buy an exact fitting hinge at an extra cost to myself.”

“The item arrived undamaged and within a couple of days of ordering. Easy to assemble. Reasonable quality for the sum paid. Two or three more shelves would have been a bonus!”
