About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“I ordered 2 wardrobes on the 8th Sept and didn't receive them until 5th October. No communication from Furnicomp apart from me emailing and ringing them and me having to chase the delivery company they use. Big lack of communication.”

“The quality of the product is really good, I can't fault it. However, there are issues around assembling which could make things so much easier. I have recently purchased the TV cabinet - Esme Oak 2 Door 1 Drawer TV unit and the Klassy 2 Door Wardrobes. All look great now that they have been assembled. The wardrobes need at least 3 people when starting to put all of the pieces together. Some holding bits in place, whilst the other tightens the screws. It is also VERY heavy, so it might be useful to note that they will only deliver to a ground floor and there is an extra cost of £20 to have the boxes taken upstairs. We had to open the boxes downstairs and carry the wardrobe pieces upstairs in bits. The instructions, have images with labelled pieces - but nothing is actually labelled, including all of the screws etc and there are no words so basically, there is a lot of room for interpretation/opinion/guess work which can lead to mistakes and the building of the items taking far longer than they need to. The TV Cabinet wasn't difficult to put together, as there are not that many pieces, however the wardrobes took so long I very nearly lost the will. If things were labelled as they are in the instruction book, this would certainly help and improve this.”

“The shoe cupboard I bought was a nightmare to put together and the instructions were not great. Part of its already broken. I can't recommend the product. In terms of delivery and packaging that was absolutely fine.”

“Looks great, but mirror doors are heavy! frame is not made for the mirror doors it’s fragile. Frame should of being heavy so it holds the weight of the mirror doors bare in mind there’s 4 doors. It does come with stuff to attach it too wall, but frame Is so fragile back of the shoe cabinet is very fragile . Looks great but product over all is not so great.”

“Although the delivery was handled badly. 4 delivery dates later I received the items. Furnicom dealt with it in the end and credited me some monies back. They have also changed delivery company. So, I would use again. Thanks.”

“Ordered sideboard as it was advertised as glossy, which was what I wanted. It couldn't be further away from glossy. So disappointed. Just couldn't be bothered with the hassle of returning it. As it was similar style to what I wanted apart from it not being glossy, decided to keep it.”

“I received the order ams the mirrors were broken , contacted the xonstummet service who asked foe an email with the pictures of the damage mirror and I was nor contacted after , I should at least receive an email telling me what was going to be done and when , I ve been contacting the company wich I believe its closed due ro Bank hollidays .”

“Giulia 3 Door White Gloss TV Unit with Mirrors Purchased the above tv unit, looks elegant, easy to assemble, sound communication with delivery. I would recommend. Although i'm having difficulty aligning the doors, rep advised to send a video and they'll get back to me. I'm still awaiting.”

“Missing parts when furniture arrived took a while to receive replacements. Plug is Euro and not normal UK 3pin which wasn’t clearly explained when ordering. Other than that okay looks better in the marketing pictures than real life.”

“Lovely dresser although was slightly disappointed thought the top of it he dresser was gloss too , having a few problems with mirror to as it keeps on closing,in not a good I it looks on pics”
