About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Furniture delivered with care but weeks down the line I'm still waiting for the door hinges for my bookcase. After emailing and several calls I'm just being told they have been sent out! Beautiful Furniture but still unfinished without the doors on!”

“The delivery was in the five days specified, however there were dark marks on the inside of some panels that I could not remove with Isopropyl alcohol, so fairly ingrained. We needed to unit for storage so we accepted it. It’s a nice functional unit but if I could find it locally I would have bought that instead.”

“My 1st order was delivered by 2 very helpful men, but my second order did not turn up on the said delivery date, was delivered the next day over my 6ft fence in to my garden, unfortunately there is slight damage so disappointed with that”

“Ordered a cupboard which was showing as in stock with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. After a week I emailed to ask for an update on delivery to be told that there was an error with stock and the item was unavailable. I emailed asking for a refund and they asked if they could offer an alternative which I said was Ok, but they had no equivalent cupboard in stock. I was then told that the cupboard was due in stock a few days later and they would ship it out as soon as it arrived, probably on the Saturday. After chasing again I received an update from the courier to say that they had been instructed to pick up the cupboard and a couple of weeks after the order the cupboard arrived. Customer service was helpful but did their very best to avoid my request for a refund, so not the worst company to deal with, but could do better, especially with their stock tracking.”

“The cupboard is substantial and aesthetically pleasing but it took a long time to arrive after ordering and the directions for assembly could have been clearer. There were also some errors in the assembly process,for example the holes for the base stand were in the incorrect positions.”

“Not impressed non of the doors line up no matter how hard you try the draws hit each other iam a joiner by trade and no what iam doing this is what you get with flat pack unfortunately but this is not a patch on ikia”

“Top of tv stand is chip in corner is not acceptable I wanna return but is gonna take to long to deal with problem so we keep tv stand but like say is been deliver damage”

“Well I wish I could review this product but unfortunately I didn't receive it because it was was stolen from outside my house But Furnicomp was not at fault it was the courier that delivered the item that was at fault. It was left outside my house with no instructions from me or a signature. But Furnicomp sorted the problem straight away and gave me a a full refund. I am hesitant from ordering anything from Furnicomp until the courier problem is sorted because I don't want this to happen again”

“Came with a broken part when received & replacement took over a week to arrive. Even though it's a big unit it comes with no spare fitting ancillaries which is a pain when it's post or broken during assembling.”

“Our sideboard looks lovely but I am disappointed that the ‘all round gloss finish’ does not cover the back. I wanted to use it against the back of a sofa but now have an exposed MDF back on show!!! Unfortunately spoils the look I wanted. Will now have to to pay to have gloss panel fitted to the back!!”

“On opening the packaging we noticed that one of the doors has been damaged during manufacture. Please can we have a replacement door. Please see images below.”

“I am not yet in a position to comment on the item ordered as it has not been received as yet. However, the expected delivery is well over 8 weeks to the order. That is quite ridiculous and has thrown our decoration plans into disarray. You must improve upon this in future. No delivery beyond a very maximum of 4 weeks is acceptable.”

“Very pleased with the 3 door Klassy wardrobe lovely quality. Instructions were very hard to follow and unclear. Pre drilled Holes in wardrobe didnt line up to put it together easily. Extra post charges were in the small print so i was charged an extra £100 for delivery because the item was so large. But the extra charges i was told about after i had ordered and paid for what i thought was free delivery. Cornwall doesnt come under mainland UK apparently. Item was well packed.”
