Ordered a cupboard which was showing as in stock with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. After a week I emailed to ask for an update on delivery to be told that there was an error with stock and the item was unavailable. I emailed asking for a refund and they asked if they could offer an alternative which I said was Ok, but they had no equivalent cupboard in stock. I was then told that the cupboard was due in stock a few days later and they would ship it out as soon as it arrived, probably on the Saturday. After chasing again I received an update from the courier to say that they had been instructed to pick up the cupboard and a couple of weeks after the order the cupboard arrived. Customer service was helpful but did their very best to avoid my request for a refund, so not the worst company to deal with, but could do better, especially with their stock tracking.
