About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“The customer service we received from furni comp was excellent, they kept us informed even though there was a delay in delivery and they made it up by doing a next day delivery when the items had come back in stock. Unfortunately once we had unwrapped the furniture we spotted found some of the corners were damaged, we worked out these bits would not be seen so carried on putting the units together. The draws proved a big problem, the pre drilled holes were not in the correct place and the instructions had some steps missing. By the time we came to the third piece of furniture we had worked out a different way to put this piece together using the instructions in a different order. We put the back piece on last so we could get to the tricker parts of the drawers easier. This worked much better and is the only unit that every piece is flush”

“This is the second time I have ordered from here and all in all it has been a good experience. The delivery seems to come from an in-house operator and they phoned before to make sure that I was going to be in. The package came with good instructions, very thorough.”

“I was initially concerned that furniture so much cheaper than everywhere else would be a con, but nope… it arrived exactly as expected. They called the day before to let me know I was the first drop of the day at 6am and everything was super smooth. Nothing to complain about really! Looks lovely, good value, friendly service.”

“The sideboard arrived on time and is good quality for the price. There was one defective hinge, but after a couple of emails a replacement was posted out and arrived within a few days, no quibble.”
