About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Item was very good overall, one of the parts gave way while installing due to chip board breaking off when screwed, pleased with response from furni comp and I’m now awaiting a replacement for the part”

“Lovely safe saving wardrobe, nice and sturdy. Quick delivery and easy to build. The only down fall is I think there needs to be a shelf/top above the draws it looks unfinished inside.”

“I ordered the Georgia High Gloss Grey and Oak 4 Door Mirrored Wardrobe with matching 4 drawer chest from FurniComp. The items are well made an relatively easy to assemble. I was particularly impressed with how the wardrobe could be assembled in an upright position - most flat-pack equivalents need to be built flat on the floor and then raised upright. This is a godsend if space is limited. My only criticism is that the handles are plastic - they would benefit from being metal. The delivery timescale was an issue as both items took a while to come into stock. In fairness, this was more down to Covid and the inability for the manufacturer to keep up with demand (everyone is upgrading their house at the moment!). The main thing was that Mustafa and his team were pretty good at keeping me informed of what was going on, calling me at appropriate intervals. I had to chase a couple of times, but overall I would rate the service as very good. He even arranged a special delivery on a Sunday. I'd definitely buy from FurniComp again.”

“Good quality flat pack. Only problem was the holes in the legs were drilled the wrong way round but still looked OK. Took a long time to construct but was happy with the end result”

“Good experience in buying , quick delivery. The only thing I didn’t like is the parcel was left far away. I don’t know why, if a person was able to knock the door, why was it hard to leave the parcel at the door?”

“Unfortunately due to Coronavirus delivery was not within the time scale as predicted on website. Had to contact Furnicomp to chase delivery & received a call back later same day to say item coming direct from supplier, waiting on courier. About a week later received call from Post Office to say parcel from Germany could not be delivered as incorrectly addressed, could I confirm delivery address. Next day 2 parcels arrived. Did not realise shoe cabinet would be coming from Germany. Two person job to put together and pretty easy to do so from instruction. Slight damage to cabinet in 3 places,1 more significant than other 2, but as cabinet not really on show not worth complaining. Happy with end result. Looks really smart for the price.”

“Order online was simple and delivery was very quick. Desk is perfect size for my needs. Unfortunately it was very slightly damaged, but as I needed the desk urgently I did not raise this with the company.”

“Amazing service from the company, very accommodating and friendly. I would be lying however if I didn't mention that the sideboard was an absolute nightmare to put together, ultimately because nothing was numbered and many parts looked the same, it took us an an hour just to figure out which part was the base, and even then we guessed! However somehow all the painstaking hours of assembly (all 8 hours of them!!) were worthwhile once assembled. I loved it so much that it inspired me to transform our living room to compliment the concrete effect aesthetic. We actually use ours as a shoe cupboard and it's pretty accomodating for larger sized shoes.”
