About FurniComp:

This venture started its humble beginnings whilst we were at university as students. Slowly as we started to understand the furniture market and the demand for it, we realised this is what we wanted to do and decided to create our own furniture company and FurniComp was born in 2018. As we got through university and graduated, we made this our full time goal and now are working with some of the best manufacturers and suppliers of home furniture products across the world.Being a family run business with experience in the industry we have managed to grow year on year as an independent furniture retailer by offering a personal touch throughout your online furniture purchase.

“Communication very poor,given a delivery tracking code that’s not supported by courier 😡 had to email for eta, then chase up courier for delivery very poor communication! Product top class would rather deal with Italian company direct”

“Sadly the item I was sent had a faulty part we only noticed once we had part build it pretty disappointing and worried it will cause it to not last as long as you would expect. It a look is noticeably shame it would appear this was not inspected fully before sending out to me.”

“Excellent quality everyone thinks it’s more expensive than it was looks brilliant in outr dining room. I always worry about how the packaging will hold up during the delivery process, no fear this is by far the best packaging I have seen in any flat pack product. Well done on all counts quality product, excellent service ,delivered on time. Plenty communication on what’s happening with your purchase towards delivery. Well done FurniComp.”

“Great service from start to finish. When we encountered a damaged top we simply contacted them providing a photo. The customer care team arranged a brand new top for our sideboard to be sent out. When it arrived it was incredibly well wrapped and protected ensuring no damage. No arguments, no delays, no problem. Sideboard looks great in our lounge and really happy with the quality of the product, price and amazing customer service / care. Thank you.”

“This company have been brilliant start to finish I ordered the product to the wrong address and they amended it no problem. The delivery was as promised and within a two hour time slot the drivers were very courteous and friendly and the product is fantastic I have seen the same product on other websites for double the cost. Thank you furniComp”

“Ordered a cupboard which was showing as in stock with an estimated delivery of 3-5 days. After a week I emailed to ask for an update on delivery to be told that there was an error with stock and the item was unavailable. I emailed asking for a refund and they asked if they could offer an alternative which I said was Ok, but they had no equivalent cupboard in stock. I was then told that the cupboard was due in stock a few days later and they would ship it out as soon as it arrived, probably on the Saturday. After chasing again I received an update from the courier to say that they had been instructed to pick up the cupboard and a couple of weeks after the order the cupboard arrived. Customer service was helpful but did their very best to avoid my request for a refund, so not the worst company to deal with, but could do better, especially with their stock tracking.”

“Brilliant piece of furniture it took about 3hours to put together, so clever & frees up a whole room for more furniture so bought similar tv unit following week also great furniture & price very reasonable. The furniture came in less then three day after ordering & same guy delivered to us very polite helpful lad. The furniture is well made & solid just brilliant idea instead of have the just purling for a table it fold down to the size of a computer desk. I don’t often write comments on things but the site & delivery 100% would recommend & use again”
