“I wanted to change my leather sofa for a while but was afraid to tackle such a big job believing as soon as I started it I could pretty much write off the sofa as a bad job. How wrong I was with FC's tutorial videos, online help and products. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the semi Matt finish is glossy and not the Matt finish I was looking for. “Yes your leather cleaner was okay , personally I was expecting more. But what was the star of the show was the leather conditioner absolutely brilliant. Worth every penny.”

“Renovated two leather settees. Speedy delivery, helpful staff - not quite enough solvent - or perhaps it was me being over zealous :-). I'd recommend using a better quality air brush - mine died half way through doing the second settee. Sofas came up like new. Overall would highly recommend. It's labour intensive - but I expected that. 4 out of 5 (because of the air brush). Excellent product.”

“The guy I dealt with was helpful and polite and delivery was quite quick. The only disapoinment was that having spent £175 on my order I saw next day that you had a 10% off discount with a code on the web. Shame I wasn't told or offered this when I ordered. I have used Woolies products previously and think next time I will consider seriously where I shop”

“Dear Sirs, This is second time I am using Furniture and I am very happy with the product. First time everything went well and smoothly however second time at the end of the process the spray will not work not sure if it was the canister or attachment. When I called about it the person on the phone promised to send off the canister free of charge, but unfortunately it never arrive. Kind regards Asya”

“I bought the full colour-matched kits to repair and resurface two very worn bi-cast leather sofas from Furniture Clinic and followed the instructions and advice to the letter. After a lot of time consuming work both sofas looked almost as good as new. Sadly, due to the nature of bi-cast leather this only lasted a few months before it began to flake off again, I don't think this is any reflection on Furniture Clinic, their advice or their products, rather it is a reflection on bi-cast leather itself and the limits of what can be done with it - it's the hamburger of the leather world, and once it starts to go it's pot-luck as to how well any repair/resurface will bind (probably owing to different manufacturers using different formulations in bi-cast production).”

“I use the furniture Clinic's Leather Ultra Clean Product which gives excellent cleaning results. I have deducted one star because I find that the chemicals in it are quite pungent and it would be great if more natural ingredients could be incorporated.”
