“This company are awful and unfortunately I was in the same boat as everyone else....no furniture ever came but they happily kept my money! I have got my money back though through my bank. I have an a HSBC advanced account and they sorted it out really quickly. Hope this helps someone else”

“Similar tale of woe to those already posted. Have been waiting 6 weeks for a delivery, funds taken immediately of course; now all emails are returned as undeliverable, phone calls are ignored and "live chat" does not work. Appalling that this company is allowed to continue taking money and operate a website when it is clearly out of business. Go elsewhere and save your time and money for someone reputable!”

“DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! Been waiting since September for my order having first been advised it was in stock. I was then told it wasn't now in stock and would be November delivery. I phoned them in November to ask when it would be delivered and a very rude adviser told me I'd been emailed in October to say it would now be January - I HADN'T! I asked for my money back and was told a cheque would be sent - apparently it could not be put straight back on to my card. Have since tried to phone and can only get answer machine to leave a message and emails bounce straight back undelivered. My credit card company is now on the case for me.”

“I ordered furniture costing £387.00, I have not received the furniture, my emails and phone calls have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER from this company.”

“I paid £344 for wardrobe units and have not received them, no one replied to my answerphone messages and the email came back undeliverable. I paid by debit card, I raised a card dispute with my bank and they have credited the money back to my bank account so I suggest trying this method to get your money back”

“Thank god this company have gone out of business (not surprised though). Same as most other reviews - no delivery, and unable to speak to anyone to get updates or refund. Luckily I'd paid on credit card so claimed back through there. Now ordered same furniture cheaper on another site (hopefully with more success!).”

“I'm in they same position as everybody else. Order never arrived tried without success to get a refund. Just checked on Companies House. They have gone into Liquidation. CT. Herts”

“I have been waiting on an order since 6th July-told many times that it will be here in 2-6 weeks. Gave up about a month ago and asked for a full refund and conveniently my emails are being bounced back and any number I call is not recognised or I have to leave a message! I would like to hear from someone if they have been able to get a refund. Really wish I had seen this website before I ordered! Michelle”

“Do not order with this company. I placed an order over three months ago now, they took the payment immediately but failed to deliver. I sent a lot of emails a few which were responded to with vague promises of delivery some point in the future. Now all emails sent fail to deliver and the contact number goes straight to a generic answer phone. I fear the company is either a giant scam or it has gone under.”

“Has anyone managed to get a refund from this company? If so how? My order never arrived and refund requested two months ago but no response. Not sure where to go next”

“Problem with order to start with, as in stock originally then told out of stock! Had to change order and wait for 2 weeks, then a further two weeks! Furniture arrived damaged and I submitted photos and an email immediately. Told the 'management team' were assessing the situation which was over 2 weeks ago! No replies to phone calls or emails to date. Want a full refund and the furniture returned ......... Not an unreasonable request for faulty goods. Very dissatisfied indeed. Delivery company unreliable and the driver very rude. Not a company worth shopping with. Pity I had not read the reviews in time.”

“Company is a joke. No doubt I won't see my order or my money back. Phone line goes straight to answer machine and emails I sent are responded to by a brush off. Do not use this company. Imo they are out to fraud you of your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“How I wish I had seen B Keeling's review. I too have been waiting for a refund since the middle of October. Despite numerous requests I am still waiting. Customer Services seem very helpful and polite but there must be a fault in the accounting system somewhere. (Being generous here!) Another warning to potential customers. Mrs H.”

“Ordered goods in August, they did not deliver. Cheque eventually came but bounced. Still waiting even though they said cheque had been posted. What a load of codswallop!! After phone calls, e- mails etc I am taking them to court. I will get this "company" closed down. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS!”

“Do not buy anything from this company, as I'm still trying to get refund after a month and a half . I' m going to have to go to court or go to the furniture ombudsman to get refund bad . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY”

“Ordered a sofa they said it would be delivered with in 3 weeks . Gave me a delivery date which I took the day off work for , but never turned up . Got a email that evening saying that it was never in stock . They offered me another sofa which I picked one and was told that wasn't in stock . Asked for a refund which they said yes . They said they sent out two cheques ,which never tuned up and then they said they paid it in to the bank and gave a false paying in reference and still fighting to get the refund , as they keep saying that they have paid it in every day .Have also sent letters in to them ,but have had them returned un opened . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . Mr Williamson”

“I received my chest of drawers, but it was markedly different from their website description & photo. They are really evasive and difficult to contact. They lied about not receiving my email and letters. They have failed to collect the item on the arranged day. It is not clear who runs this company, and previous customers received bouncing cheques from them ! Reporting to BBC Watchdog is a good idea.”
