I bought a chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinet s they are so sturdy and will last for years

Our new, beautiful bed arrived this morning. A really lovely driver brought all the boxes in for us. The bed is so well made and was easily put together. First class.

Good product, but service let down at the final hurdle. Online service and product was very good, but I do feel that delivery men just dropping the product off and leaving without unpacking and taking packaging away is not good service at all.

I have not received the items yet, but my impression so far is not very favourable. I ordered 2 wardrobes, one of which is out of stock and not going to be available for a month. I told the agent that this was not a problem, I would take the one that was available, and then they could deliver me the remaining unit when it came back into stock. NO was the reply. You can only have 1 free delivery per order. If we ship the other unit at a later date, you will have to pay £14.99. How rubbish is the customer service? They think they are doing me a favour by doing a part shipment? I told them to cancel the whole order. Now I have received an email telling me that they will be able to send both items on free delivery, but the initial response leaves a bad feeling. This company like so many others needs to understand that the customer is a source of income and excellent customer service is not an added extra, but a necessity.

Ordered one of the standard sherlock chairs, when it came to getting delivered we received the wrong one, got given a petite size. Then ordered the sonoma III corner sofa then again received the delivery and it come as two of the same bits of sofa. Now we have to wait another 16-17 weeks for a new one, Absolute joke!

Next Westcott lift-up storage bed - do not buy this bed: http://www.next.co.uk/homeware/beds/westcott-no-footend/size-king-bed-with-lift-up-storage-fabric-classic-velvet-french-grey#fabric It looks great but is not well made, with poor quality parts. We ordered ours last July, before the price shot up, and ended up with a 40% discount after several delays (8 week delivery turned intoto mid-November), and agreeing to keep the second that was delivered with marks in a place that wouldn't be too visible - the first was rejected as every section had marks in the material. Less than 3 months later and I am shopping around for new slats and caps to secure these to the frame - the caps that came fitted are flimsy, with the securing pegs giving way. We ended up paying less than £500 for this bed (without mattress) - hopefully anyone looking at it will see this and think again, with the price currently at £875!

Order process was good. Product is good. We waited a month to receive the mirror which was very poor. The problem seemed to be getting a carrier!? Customer services responded to our enquiries as well as they could in the circumstances.

Item was in stock when I ordered, then got an email to say it wouldn't be in stock for several weeks. AND there would be a delivery charge!! Free delivery was the attraction in the first place. Not impressed. I have since cancelled order.

Ordered a bed and wardrobe on line with no hassle , but when it came to delivery things went wrong , I was informed earlier in the week my items would be delivered today ( Friday 10th Jan ) and that the courier would contact me on Thursday to arrange this , I heard nothing from anyone so I phoned Furniture uk this morning to chase my order and was informed that delivery had been changed to Tuesday , this is unacceptable as I have arrange my day around delivery today and not Tuesday , I now have no bed until tuesday which im not happy about , I think future purchases of the corona range will be placed elsewhere .

Omg weee so I start FURNITURE HUB UK DO NOTTTTTT BUYYYYYY ANYTHONG FROM THEM THEY ARE A CON! Orded beds from them they are both broke the gaslift doesn’t work the beds are the most discusting flimsy beds I have ever seen in my life the mattresses have been used and are so so poor quality I have mesaged them on Facebook and they have blocked me I also phoned the number up on +44 7871 828500 and they have blanked when they answerd me they told me to get in touch with the man on Facebook please don’t order from them iam now £600 out of money and left with 2 beds that’s are broke and won’t go up they really are a con artist on Facebook

An item of furniture should not fall apart after 6 months. Please see Google reviews for the pictures. Very disappointed. Not happy and very frustrated with the dishonesty and poor customer services. Ordered two ‘Ella’ chairs this year and within a year both ended up faulty orders in February 2022 and both frames were faulty. No refund was offered. Similar to the negative reviews on this website I also spoke with Mr. Chan Nishan from the sales team who confirmed on 25th October that two chairs would be exchanged only to find , two weeks later that Bart, a second member of the company has changed his mind and is sending back a faulty item instead of exchanging it as promised. The metal frame of the second chair was faulty and the first chair welding had come apart. Terrible customer services. Totally dishonest. Spoke to the manager today Daniel Osborne. No apology for the lies or poor service. Not recommended at all. I would never buy anything from this company again and will leave my feedback via Google and Instagram.

Will never purchase from this company again as they don't know what the meaning of service is. Ordered a recliner chair from them £400 odd. When delivered found it to be damaged. Sent them photos they agreed to replace it but not until they received it back at their warehouse. I asked what I was supposed to sit on as it could take 7 to 10 days to deliver the replacement. They were not at all interested in my situation and after various phone calls and email asked that they arrange collection and refund. Will be placing the matter in my credit card companies hands if they fail to process the refund in a respectable time. Be warned.

only had it 9 months and seat has split and we always use throws to protect it. I emailed and phoned several times and no. reply . I work hard as axuillary nurse for nhs and i cant afford to spend like this. Apparantly the waranty doesnt cover it !!!

The sofa came damaged and they was goin to charge me to return this back to them to receive a refund , I could very rare get in touch with them by email and tool over a week for them to get back , the sofas come and look really cheaply made , bad experience with this company from start to finish iv had to cut my losses and gave the sofa away to a family member in need to put them on , please stay away from this online company

Awful people and awful scamming company. They are disgusting to deal with. No apology for sending the wrong order, no acceptance of the error. They think we are stupid. Pretending to only be a social media person running the facebook then magically turning up on webchat. They are rude and condescending and unhelpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Pay a bit more money and go with a reputable company you can trust. Do not give these scammers your money. Had to go through PayPal for refund
