Bunch of midland's- based scumbags- I work for a bank and am looking into how their payments are being processed- we'll soon get them stopped Don't trust them they're are scamming pikeys- I've contacted BBC watchdog this week to I've also requested a meet with their MD- I run a boxing club and would like to get this muppet in the ring if he has the nuts- scumbag

Think it is crystal clear that this Company is a scam. Like others I ordered goods which never materialised, but I am fortunate that I paid on credit card, so I will get my money back. Hopefully all the reviews here are the tip of the iceberg, which means that Banks and Credit Card Companies will be going after them big time. Zero sympathy and hope they get the book thrown at them! Gives a bad name to all the other internet companies who are genuine and offer a great service. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for that alone!! DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE AND TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS!

Does anyone know if this company are still trading?! My feedback is the same as all of the other genuine reviews on here. I believe that the positive reviews are completely faked. I bought 2 items, spending £242.63 on Furniture UK's website in August 2014. The items showed as in stock so I was surprised to receive an email saying they would be 10 - 12 weeks. I could not wait this long so asked for my money to be refunded immediately. One month later, I had still not received the money back so I contacted them and received a reply saying they would look in to it. This week I have been going through my accounts and realised they never paid the money back. Both numbers I have tried to phone cut off straight away and are obviously not connected. I am now trying to go through Pay Pal to get the money back but would STRONGLY advise anyone considering a purchase from Furniture UK.co.uk or their Pay Pal Merchant name 'Retailed Limited' NOT to go ahead with the purchase - It is a scam.

We ordered back in August and were first promised it would arrive in 10-12 weeks. When it didn't arrive we were promised it would be 6-8 more weeks. A third attempt yielded a promise of 4-6 weeks. The pieces never arrived and now the phone number doesn't seem to work and no one answers e-mails. Avoid purchasing from them!!!

Dreadful experience. Similar to those read, furniture out of stock, waited ages, numerous days booked for delivery but warehouse/delivery company also a disaster as dates booked didn't materialise and weak excuses offered. Items finally received and delivery driver rude and unhelpful worthy of my official complaint. Faulty goods, damaged, requested refund and wanted to return goods but no phone calls accepted or emails responded to. Still left with goods I don't want and no response from company to date, 2 months after issues. Don't touch the company or expect goods as described. BEWARE!!!!!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! All positive reviews are fake. I, like many, spent £392 on 3 items in November. I was emailed to say one of the products was out of stock but to 'rest assured I will receive further updates'. Weeks passed and I received nothing. All calls went straight to answerphone and emails bounced back. I paid via Visa debit card (Santander) so thought I would have no chance of getting my money back, but I'm so pleased to say that I did! Anyone out there that has been ripped off by these fraudlent scumbags, please know that you can get your money back through the Visa Debit Chargeback Scheme (Visa debit cards only). Just contact your bank and ask to raise a dispute. This was a god send to me and a bit of a two fingers moment to furniture UK :-D

This company are awful and unfortunately I was in the same boat as everyone else....no furniture ever came but they happily kept my money! I have got my money back though through my bank. I have an a HSBC advanced account and they sorted it out really quickly. Hope this helps someone else

Similar tale of woe to those already posted. Have been waiting 6 weeks for a delivery, funds taken immediately of course; now all emails are returned as undeliverable, phone calls are ignored and "live chat" does not work. Appalling that this company is allowed to continue taking money and operate a website when it is clearly out of business. Go elsewhere and save your time and money for someone reputable!

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY! Been waiting since September for my order having first been advised it was in stock. I was then told it wasn't now in stock and would be November delivery. I phoned them in November to ask when it would be delivered and a very rude adviser told me I'd been emailed in October to say it would now be January - I HADN'T! I asked for my money back and was told a cheque would be sent - apparently it could not be put straight back on to my card. Have since tried to phone and can only get answer machine to leave a message and emails bounce straight back undelivered. My credit card company is now on the case for me.

I ordered furniture costing £387.00, I have not received the furniture, my emails and phone calls have been ignored. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I paid £344 for wardrobe units and have not received them, no one replied to my answerphone messages and the email came back undeliverable. I paid by debit card, I raised a card dispute with my bank and they have credited the money back to my bank account so I suggest trying this method to get your money back

Thank god this company have gone out of business (not surprised though). Same as most other reviews - no delivery, and unable to speak to anyone to get updates or refund. Luckily I'd paid on credit card so claimed back through there. Now ordered same furniture cheaper on another site (hopefully with more success!).

I'm in they same position as everybody else. Order never arrived tried without success to get a refund. Just checked on Companies House. They have gone into Liquidation. CT. Herts

I have been waiting on an order since 6th July-told many times that it will be here in 2-6 weeks. Gave up about a month ago and asked for a full refund and conveniently my emails are being bounced back and any number I call is not recognised or I have to leave a message! I would like to hear from someone if they have been able to get a refund. Really wish I had seen this website before I ordered! Michelle

Do not order with this company. I placed an order over three months ago now, they took the payment immediately but failed to deliver. I sent a lot of emails a few which were responded to with vague promises of delivery some point in the future. Now all emails sent fail to deliver and the contact number goes straight to a generic answer phone. I fear the company is either a giant scam or it has gone under.

Problem with order to start with, as in stock originally then told out of stock! Had to change order and wait for 2 weeks, then a further two weeks! Furniture arrived damaged and I submitted photos and an email immediately. Told the 'management team' were assessing the situation which was over 2 weeks ago! No replies to phone calls or emails to date. Want a full refund and the furniture returned ......... Not an unreasonable request for faulty goods. Very dissatisfied indeed. Delivery company unreliable and the driver very rude. Not a company worth shopping with. Pity I had not read the reviews in time.
