Company is a joke. No doubt I won't see my order or my money back. Phone line goes straight to answer machine and emails I sent are responded to by a brush off. Do not use this company. Imo they are out to fraud you of your money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

How I wish I had seen B Keeling's review. I too have been waiting for a refund since the middle of October. Despite numerous requests I am still waiting. Customer Services seem very helpful and polite but there must be a fault in the accounting system somewhere. (Being generous here!) Another warning to potential customers. Mrs H.

Ordered goods in August, they did not deliver. Cheque eventually came but bounced. Still waiting even though they said cheque had been posted. What a load of codswallop!! After phone calls, e- mails etc I am taking them to court. I will get this "company" closed down. DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS!

Do not buy anything from this company, as I'm still trying to get refund after a month and a half . I' m going to have to go to court or go to the furniture ombudsman to get refund bad . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a sofa they said it would be delivered with in 3 weeks . Gave me a delivery date which I took the day off work for , but never turned up . Got a email that evening saying that it was never in stock . They offered me another sofa which I picked one and was told that wasn't in stock . Asked for a refund which they said yes . They said they sent out two cheques ,which never tuned up and then they said they paid it in to the bank and gave a false paying in reference and still fighting to get the refund , as they keep saying that they have paid it in every day .Have also sent letters in to them ,but have had them returned un opened . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS . Mr Williamson

I received my chest of drawers, but it was markedly different from their website description & photo. They are really evasive and difficult to contact. They lied about not receiving my email and letters. They have failed to collect the item on the arranged day. It is not clear who runs this company, and previous customers received bouncing cheques from them ! Reporting to BBC Watchdog is a good idea.

Oh dear, common theme here. Ordered my bedroom furniture, they took my money by a card payment, then decided half the order was not in stock and wouldn't be for some months. The remaining order was apparently dropped from the lorry and will be months to replace. I need the furniture so cancelled the order. A card repayment was refused, twice I've been promised a cheque in the post, strangely it never arrived. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!! Ordered a set of draws and after chasing the delivery was given a date. I arranged time off work only to get an email 6pm the evening before to say it was out of stock. Order was cancelled and I was told I would receive a cheque with the refund. That was over 1 month ago. The cheque was supposedly lost so I gave my bank details for a transfer. That was over a week ago (so much for 7 day money back guarantee!!). Whenever I call conveniently no managers are available but they will call me back. Despite a number of further calls still no call back or been able to speak to a manager and still no money....next stop Trading Standards!

bought a Chest of drawer and the delivery was postponed week after week. After cancelling in agreement with furniture uk I am still waiting for the refund by check that is supposed to arrive in the next few days for a month now.

I ordered a sofa back in early October 2014 promised delivery within 2 weeks. Now mid November and despite several more promises of delivery nothing arrives. I did manage to speak to someone and ask for my money back but they refused to refund. Do not go near this company!

I ordered a wardrobe from this place. Never came after a month and a half, I called and they said it would be here a week later, but it wasn't. I asked for a refund in August. 4 months later I'm still waiting for my money. Don't loose your money here like I have. Go somewhere else!!

We too got stung by the company to the tune of £645.72. Cannot get our money back. Thankfully Mastercard are fighting the case for us. Order placed at beginning of Oct, and like other customers we have been fed a series of lies. Quite by chance we discovered that when the supplier of the product we had ordered telephoned the company to say that it had arrived in the UK, and that on payment they would release it to Furniture UK for delivery, Furniture UK cancelled the order. I imagine that they would then have contacted us and said that there were to be no more deliveries to the UK until after Christmas ---- which would have been the case having let this order go. It is outrageous that they are still trading. Although have never had problems with online purchases in the past - I do feel particularly wary of doing so again. Disgruntled of London.

I had to lodge a dispute with PayPal because this company was not refunding my money as a result of a cancelled order. Apart from accepting my order Furniture UK were a nightmare to deal with. Calls and emails not answered, or providing false information. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I notice that their Facebook page is not no longer available, I presume because of a lot of the comments on it relating to poor service.

Do not touch this company. I placed my order back in October with a promise that it will be delivered within 7 days. I wasn't receiving any updates so I have decided to contact them...funny enough it went straight onto the voice mail. When I finally got through I have been told that the stock will be arriving next week, and then next week...and then I just said enough, I am cancelling my order and want my money back. This was last week, and I still haven't received my money. I am really upset by this as it never happened to me before.

Ordered white headboard 9 days ago still not heard a thing! Don't use this site! Cancelled with my credit card company! Will be in touch with police!

After many weeks waiting for delivery, (way passed the promised date) I cancelled the order and received a cheque for £494. This bounced with no explanation. Numerous calls and emails have resulted in no progress. Fortunately, I paid with a credit card so this is covered under Section 75 of the CCA.

Have ordered several items from this company and they have not been delivered despite stating they were in stock, they are not answering phone - it goes straight to ansaphone and no-one responds to messages and they are not returning emails. If they have gone into liquidation I am going to be very very miffed as they were quite happy to take my money
