“i went through the credit check to buy a sofa bank details were all put in deposit taken from account and then at the end it asks for photo of passport not a problem but if they had asked for this at the beginning i would of had it to hand im at work just now so annoyed with this dek finance”

“Bad communication I had a table delivered that was damaged wanted a refund struggled to get it picked up I was ringing daily they couldn't give me a refund until they had collected the table this went on for over a week, I would never order from furniture and choice again!”

“Ordered an 8 seats extending dinning table of £1,380.00 and 5 chairs out of 8 arrived full of cracks all over the sitting panels and along the table frame. Has a small dent on the leather of one of the chairs as well. You would think that spending this amount of money you get premium quality but that's not the case with this company. I contacted them about and I've been offered two options, one of £100 discount or to uninstall the parts were damaged and they will arrange the new ones to arrive, obviously I didn't find either of those options to be fair as uninstalling and reinstalling it would have to be done by yourself and the £100 was to little to compensate the purpose of having paid for premium quality. I did accepted the £100 as a discount as this was the less stressful, however still not happy with what I've got for the money so the purpose of this review is not to recommend Furniture and Choice. Quality Control should be at higher standards, people are paying a lot of money for cheap materials.. chairs in specific, review that Furniture.”

“Hi, please don’t buy any product from furniture and choice these people cheat with customer, I bought a corner leather sofa from this company within 6 weeks the sofa be damaged & company poor customer service totally refused to fix my sofa. I request everyone, Please avoid this company”

“Firstly the one star is for the sofas I ordered 2 two seater “leather” recliners the colour was perfect a light grey but as soon as they were delivered I knew they weren’t actual LEATHER they were BONDED which I failed to see on the website(my fault totally) I then googled BONDED LEATHER & it said it is made primarily of ground leather fibres bonded together with a polyurethane (plastic) mixture & lasts only a few years,the sofas look CHEAP & LIKE PLASTIC(which is what they are) I rang customer service for them to be returned they sent me bags to put sofas in(a bit of a fiddle but doable) & the guys came to take them back, I did read the reviews on these sofas & I can only say that the buyers that LOVE them are deluded THEY ARE PLASTIC & LOOK LIKE PLASTIC & the price for PLASTIC SOFAS is ridiculous!! (ok maybe 10-20%leather scraps) What I will say is the CUSTOMER SERVICE were BRILLIANT! from ordering to sending back, they actually PICK UP THE PHONES without delay & I found them to be EXTREMELY HELPFUL well that was my experience & im sorry for other people who don’t share my opinion or experience, so to summerise… terrible sofas but five stars for the customer service.”

“Be careful, Can't be trusted, no Responsibilities. I had a personal loss of £580,00 due to taking 4 days off unpaid annual leave because of 4 delivery failures of Furniture and Choice company. They did not take any responsibility for the failed delivery and agreed to give me £50,00 of goodwill. After weeks of stress because most of the items were delivered with damage and the table had no replacement, I had to return everything and they could not even honour the £50,00 they promised in the first instance. I had a terrible experience with Furniture and Choice company and would never recommend it to anyone.”

“bought the rochester corner unit in material last year very pleased at start looks fine then after a while the cushions callapsed leaving my disabled partner on the floor asked if something could be done about the problem were told this was not a manufactering problem and the matter was closed surely a sofa should be fit for purpose customer service was discraceful r wright”

“The quality of a supposedly Leather suite is awful, I truly wish I could post all of the photos of the cracks and all the pieces falling off it , it looks 20 years old after 6 months, it looks great on the photo on the website but I would rather sit on my garden wall, customer service have no interest in the customer whatsoever, if you need a suite from furniture choice you can come to my house and get one for free before it goes to the tip, awful quality, awful customer service, save your self the hassle as it is much quicker to throw your money in the bin !!!! “Do not buy from this company the products are very poor quality. We purchased a leather 3 piece and just after a year the leather started to fray and split and the foam in two of the seat pads had collapsed. The companies response :- it’s out of its 12 month manufacturer guarantee so we won’t look into it”

“Bought a two and three seater leather sofas from Furniture Choice in November 2017. They recommended taking out 5 year Stainguard 5 year warranty insurance Diamond cover at £125 upfront payment. The sofas started peeling and flaking at the end of last year. Terrible state. Stainguard (now Homeserve) refused claim. Said policy did not cover peeling and flaking of leather. Like you Adebago and Anonymous these leather sofas are rubbish. To think I paid all that money for insurance upfront and cannot claim anything. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.”

“The sofa we bought from this website only last for 2years . It started to chip all over it . The leather quality is very bad . We bought fabric to cover it which it’s not nice at all. Because we cant afford to buy a new sofa. I won’t buy from them anymore .”

“Terrible experience. Products inititially looked great on arrival but barely lasted a year. I purchased a sofa set and dining set, all of which looked 15 years old after 1 year. Extended warranty is no use to anyone, so much fine print that it's impossible to pass a claim.”

“TERRIBLE DO NOT BUY I purchased a dining table and 4 kensington knocker chairs. Eventually after a long wait which kept getting extended it arrived just after 8.30 this morning. We opened the packaging for the chairs - two chairs in each box. Of the four chairs 3 of them had scratches or dents in the wooden legs. On the back of one of the chairs the knocker plate was hanging off. I didnt even bother to open the packaging for the table I had seen enough. I phoned as soon as their lines were open and told them about the damage and they have arranged to collect it to go bk in a weeks time. Very disappointed.”

“This company misleads there customers Don’t send the goods on delivery date You agree with them . Bad customer Service lie customers on phone. Waiting On my refund as I did not receive good s I ordered on date agreed. I do not highly recommend this company Will never order again from this company as I am not satisfied with the way my Order was handled .
