Service good, the rochester suite terrible end seat dips tilting you inwards,all padding has flattened and looks creased,had this suite since July and is now hurting my back so uncomfortable bitterly disappointed.havent liased with company as yet,not a complainer don't see what can be done as its so flat now.

Had problems since day 1. We were given a delivery date and it didn't turn up so I spoke to customer service who assured me it would be delivered the following day. It didn't turn up for a second time so wasted 2 days sitting in for nothing. Customer services failed to let me know either time that it wasn't going to be delivered. When it did arrive it was less than 3 months before it was getting chips in and the gloss was coming off. I complained to furniture and choice and they sent a technician out who said it was well looked after but the damage was through normal wear and tear after 8 months (we haven't had it 8 months, we've had it 3). So I complained again and was told I'd have to pay for a certified technician to re do the assessment if I wanted anything done about it. Completely disappointed and awful customer service. Avoid!

Problem with delivery sent email was telephoned the same day. Had a speedy response by a very helpful Stevie Leigh Broadbent. Couldn't do enough well done keep up the good work. Very satisfied with delivery and furniture seems i made the right choice.

I bought a king size TV bed 13 months ago and the gas strut which controls the TV has dramatically failed ALREADY!!! I contacted the company asking for a replacement strut knowing my 12 month has expired and was told there was nothing they could do. I explained to them that I'm willing to pay for a replacement strut but they continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do because they're warehouse is in Malaysia. They told me that if ANY part of the TV mechanism fails then the entire foot end of the bed needs to be replaced but because I'm out of warranty they can't help me... RIDICULOUS!!!! The only part that needs replacing is the strut and unfortunately I can't find a company anywhere that makes 1 metre long struts meaning they use individual parts which they can't replace WHEN they brake. After a 45 minute live chat conversation and after repeatedly asking them to give me any contact information from the manufacturer's of the beds they still kept telling me that they are the manufacturer and they source parts to order but aren't able to order the part I need, even though I was offering to pay for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrendous after service!!!!!!!!!! Now I have a TV bed that is surplus to requirements for what I bought it for. Now I have to spend hundreds of pounds to replace the bed from a reputable company that is able to replace broken parts. I'm literally shocked at the level of customer service this company offers! AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 sofas in October and their website stated stock due in mid November which was perfect as we were have some renovation done. Imagine my surprise when I get an email one day later to say they are on route! A call was made and the delivery postponed until 22nd November, confirmation received 4 times via emails. The 22nd arrives and no contact at all, so I ring to check the eta to discover there are no sofas, they was sent back sometime in early November AND NO-ONE KNOWS WHY! Oh and by the way they are out of stock until January or February (we are not sure) This company have taken incompetence to a whole new level. The only thing they have got correct is to manage to issue a refund. Yes sir, I know we've had over a thousand pounds of your money for over a month but we don't compensate! DO NOT TOUCH THEM THEY ARE INCOMPETENT BEYOND BELIEF

Would never order again from this company. Ordered a table and chairs in February it only came in September all in different boxes legs missing of the table. Made my health really bad me and children sat on the floor for months. Keep away!!

Waste of space. Warning keep away. I ordered table and 4 chairs. A week later table and 2 chairs arrived. Opened table all damaged. Opened chairs all damaged. I have to wait a week for they come and collect. Asked for a refund no reply. That was a week ago. Still not heard. I am mad can’t get my refund.

I beginning to wonder why I even bother to order from funiture and choice I placed my Order on 8/08/2021 was expected to my order instock by 8th of Oct but was told my order been delayed and they won't get back in stock until 24th Jan2022 I thought OK can't be helped gave them benefit of a doubt I accepted this. then a few weeks ago I been push further back to 8th March 2022 I'm paid over £1000 pounds for this I now can't see my order on their website I don't know what to do? as I liked my furniture I ordered but being treated like a scapegoat. I have been offered my money back or choose another type of furniture but I want what I ordered but fear if I don't receive my three piece suite in March 2022 or get push further back I will have no choice but to get a total refund and look elsewhere it funny how I can't see what I order on there website anymore. Also I wish they could say because of delays and inconvenience we give you some of money back as compensation but got none of this from customers service I going to make a formal complaint to retail ombudsman if this mater continues but I warning ⚠️ any one who attempts to buy from furniture and choice this is what they do to their customers and treat them with no respect by not giving them answers to why they feel they got do this. And not give them the stuff they order waiting over 6 months in my eyes is unacceptable. But it might get push further back. I'm so 😡

Absolutely rubbish furniture worst I’ve ever purchased in 50 years leather sofa stitching came away after just over a year even though it was hardly used. Customer service didn’t want to know.Please do not buy from them.

As other have said delivery put back time after time. Not sure how website can show same sofa as delivered in time for this Christmas when ours is not due until March. Two month wait already.

Stay away! Bought sofas and dinning table with 4 chairs. Sofas were in stock however the table wasn’t so because I placed an order for all of them in one go I had to wait for the table to come in stock so they would dispatch it all together. When the table finally arrived in stock they delivered a week later, the table without chairs. Upon unpacking it turned out the table hadn’t had threads so you couldn’t attach the base, also it wasn’t marble as advertised it was a fake cheap marble! no chairs either (they’ve been sent to the wrong warehouse). Spoke to customer services, asked them to collect the table and sofas, as sofas were not what it was expected, very hard and you could see the white terrible stitching all the way around them, cheaply made. They’ve booked the collection but wouldn’t give us any slot time. Collected it and told us the chairs have been cancelled too. Guess what 3 days later delivery guy is ringing me to tell me he’s outside and got my chairs 😂 These people have no idea what they’re doing. Avoid.

first customer services.Between 20-40 minutes to ans phone promises to ring you back in a few minutes never do.WASTE OF SPACE. Supposed to deliver suite on Fri 24 would receive text message day before.NO TEXT. Contacted company Monday told delivery Tues offered 20.00 discount.Contacted said sorry forgot to put on lorry.Company phoned me to tell me it was confirmed will be Tues,GUESS WHAT GOT DELIVERED MONDAY .THEY ARE TOTALLY USELESS.DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE

Bought a table last year off these cowboys, the table after 15 months, the table is bubbling. Wrote to them, not interested. Table over one year old, waffle waffle.

I bought a table, 6 chairs and a bed from the website in last week. I changed the chair model because it was out of stock and I needed it urgently. As I can't understand why, the authorized person in the chat section returned two more chairs, apart from the £60 difference in price. They sent me an e-mail and asked for a return of £150, which was the wrong return. They say that even though I made the payment and emailed the receipt, they could not get my order out on the same day, and that the fee would be transferred to their account in 3-5 days. They don't understand even though I've repeatedly told them it was their fault, the urgency of the situation, because I just moved to London and I don't have any belongings. In short, the customer service is AWFUL! If you're going to shop, think again.

Just received our dining chairs today ..it took about 20 min for my Husband to put together ,after doing the first one ,he got going in no time .. lovely study and so comfy ..and for the price you cant go wrong ,we are so pleased ,good firm to deal with our order came as they said it would ...

Ordered a sofa in June 2021 and delivery was for late August,anyway had email in July telling me it will now be delivered in September, I thought ok no big deal,then got another email in early August saying delivery October, I rang them and they said there is a issue getting furniture out of the country but please hold on,then late August another email saying delivery now mid January lol So 6 months from order to delivery date and I bet if I hang on,that date will change again,and after reading all the negative reviews about furniture quality,I'm going to cancel and get my money back and go elsewhere

I bought a settee from Furniture and Choice and have only been using it for 6 months and the cushion on the side that I sit on has dipped to the extent that I now have to put a folded blanket in the dip to stop me from sitting slanted. Their technician came out to have a look and agreed that there was a dip on the one side of the cushion and said that it was the foam that has lost volume. I am 5ft 7 and weigh 60kgs, so am hardly overweight. The technician said that a good settee should last years, but because the foam losing volume is not considered a manufacturing fault, there is nothing that can be done. I will now have to continue using a folded blanket to simulate a full cushion. Not a good experience at all and I would not recommend Furniture and Choice, if you want a settee that will last you a good few years at least.

The sofas I bought looked lovely but are really uncomfortable and hard. Customer services were quick to respond but wouldn’t do anything as it was past their 30 day return policy. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything without being able to see what they are like in reality. Wasted £1000!!!
