“I received my steam code promptly but it fails to work. E mailed re problem but still no reply so left with useless code. Gamers247 had time to ask for my review shame they did not help solve my problem first hence the low score”
No communication has been received from the customer regarding the order otherwise we would have responded. As for requesting the review that email is automated so the point is mute.
“Game did not work uninstalled reinstalled worked through all the support help given still didn't work I spent a whole day tryied a bunch of stuff no joy at all.
Looked into getting a refund and you can't I wouldn't buy a steam from here just buy the disk is my advice.

Firstly you never contacted to say you were having issues getting the game to run prior to leaving this review so we couldn't of helped even if we were able too. Secondly we only sell the means to acquire the game not the game itself so any technical issue should be addressed to the distributor, in this case Steam and not us. Your review is purely slanderous in nature.
