Product was clearly described, at the very top of the product description it states this: 'activation key only NO DOWNLOAD' and at the bottom of the product description it states: ' Please Note: This purchase is for a key only which will extend your current subscription or unlock the full product. ' How exactly is that unclear ?

Firstly Gary we have replied to 14 of your emails all within a 24 hour period so how you can say the support is 'extremely poor' or that we don't reply is a lie. Secondly during the discourse of those 14 emails we have painstakingly walked you through the process of how to download the game even though the same information is conveniently provided on our website. The brick wall you find yourself at now is either due to the Company that provide the download 'Origin' or your lack of IT skills which is why we have pointed you in the direction of their support. All we do is supply the key to download the game not the game itself and we have tried our best to assist you.
