We admit it took a long time to process the order, but why did it take this long ?
Because you unsuccessfully tried to authorise money on your card, so the order was flagged which we contacted you about and were waiting on a response. So ultimately this wasn't our fault if you had entered your credit details in correctly on the first attempt it would have been processed straightaway.

I input the activation code supplied It said it was invalid. I tried numerous times, copied and pasted it, got someone else to do it just in case but still came up invalid. So I emailed the help department. Asking for HELP. the response I got was
