“Please do not purchase from these Please do not purchase from these, poor quality wood that comes bowed and several split wood, screws in one bag and not enough, plastic windows not glass which is misleading. My son makes mobile homes for a living and he struggled because of poor instructions and poor quality products. I had to hire a carpenter to finish the job. Refused to collect when I wanted a refund, saying I would have to pay them £380 to collect it. Absolute joke, worse company I have ever dealt with., they will make up lies with their reply as well as they have done on other reviews I have left, Please avoid !!!!!”

“In common with other reviewers awarding 1 star - their customer service is non-existent. Their complaints link takes you to your account log in page i.e. you cannot leave a complaint. Email addresses on their web pages bounce back and telephone support (hah!) tells you to use the website. If yo do go through to sales in order to speak to someone, they apologise profusely but do nothing. I had a delivery booked for late June, a week prior to the date I get a text to say 'it was being delivered today', I have to take un-planned time off work. When it arrived, the driver declared that a couple of panels were missing - no parts list so I couldn't check anything. A few days later another text saying the missing parts were 'being delivered today'. Again, more time off work and guess what, not all the missing panels turned up. Speak to the non-help desk, apologies etc and I get a parts list emailed. Turns out there are more items missing. They promise to get them to me on Friday, some of them tun up on Monday, again just a text that morning, the others are due next week. No idea how well its going to go together, if they have to keep paying for these deliveries they must be cutting corners with quality otherwise they'd soon be out of business. I have emailed Kybotech (the parent company) a few times asking that they contact me to discuss - nothing back. All I can say at this point in time is avoid like the plague.”

“Ordered a log cabin and waited ages for the cabin to be ready. Delivery of order and communication was great however we immediately noticed whilst the delivery driver was present one of the door frames was missing, an integral part of The Cabin! Further review of goods we reported a damaged barge board and decorative diamonds were also missing. Reported straight away. Online account which I kept being directed to shows nothing in respect of updates concerning the status of any replacement and missing parts, therefore of no use at all. I have telephoned more times than I can remember in an attempt to receive a definite answer as to how long our parts will take to be delivered, each time I receive an apology, wears thing when you’re not getting any answers. In addition I have emailed and received different answers but none of which I have asked the original question to. As we originally ordered the cabin to be treated I understand it takes longer but I find it impossible to understand how no one within the business can tell you how long this process takes. I was originally promised 3-5 days which I was clearly mislead. (We are now 2 weeks in since we reported this) It’s extremely frustrating and I’m at the end of my tether. I have requested them to collect the cabin and a refund. I wish I never placed the order! Beware people.”

“Placed an order 20 days ago, delivery twice rescheduled, still no delivery and informed one item not even manufactured yet. Customer service if you can speak to them is terrible, they have very to no knowledge of the company, and impossible to speak to anyone further up the foodchain. Dreading the quality of the items once they arrive after reading this site. Avoid at all costs.”

“Terrible experience. Company did nothing unless I was badgering them on the phone. Was initially quoted 4 weeks lead time- this is week 11 and I still haven't received a complete product. In this time three delivery dates were "confirmed" with me. I took annual leave to receive the good. 2 of the deliveries were cancelled the day before- 1 without any notice at all! No compensation offered for the holiday I had to take. On the third delivery attempt, the kit was incomplete and a number of key parts were broken. Still awaiting replacements- no date offered. They are an incompetent bunch teamed with a useless and ineffective customer service topped off with a sub-standard product...avoid!”

“would love to give them 0 stars but you can't so. Was messed around with my order from day one, I was allowed to change the delivery dates per item so I asked for 3 of the items to be delivered on one date and the third was in production so that was arranged for the following week. I had no updates throughout the order I had to phone to see if it was all on track and was told yes. The day of the delivery for the three items came I had not received any delivery tracking so, I called to be told that the items were not going to be delivered as my whole order has to be delivered together. Communication is so poor and you cannot speak to anyone at head office. My order came which was great until I realised one of the items was broken. I logged this online and was finally after three times being asked how many items were broken and three times of telling them, told that I would receive my replacement item and that I would receive an email when it was being dispatched. Four days on and no update so I emailed and was told 2-3 days their third party courier take?? No actual date for delivery so, I called AGAIN to be told that we updated you today sir. Which was great but they updated me only because I asked and wasn't actually given a delivery date! What kind of company is this honestly, I've never experienced such bad customer service. I was also told twice that a 'supervisor' would call me back to discuss and they never did. I even asked for some compensation for taking a day off of work and for being messed around and was told 'we don't do that'. Avoid at all costs!”

“Feel like I've had a narrow escape as I didn't buy from this shower! I wanted to order 2 metal deck boxes but they were showing different "free" delivery times so I called up to see why they were not coming together. I got a reply in the UK. One is oversized for courier so comes on our own transport was the answer so I went ahead and put them in the basket, got to the checkout and they had added a whopping £50 delivery charge for the larger one! I tried to call back and this time got the Philippines and the agent didn't understand what I was saying. I said "It's added a delivery charge", they heard "it's declined your card"! So I kept calling to try to lock into the UK call center and one foreign agent even told me there wasn't one - LIES! I eventually got a northern accent again and they said I was out of the zone 1 for free delivery but as a special favour they would do it for £25. No thanks! I asked why the first person I spoke to had not advised of this as he had the map in front of him and had asked for my postcode and he didn't know. I am not even close to being a "remote postcode" and every other courier and delivery company in the land has managed it either free or for a reasonable charge. I put a comment on their Facebook page and they deleted it but having found them on a genuine review site I think this gives the true picture of a company that should be avoided at all costs. If they have what you are looking for I can highly recommend Garden Oasis and they have excellent customer service.”

“I bought a Summer House off this company back in April and originally the delivery time was 4 weeks according to there website, I had not done my homework on the company before the order and only spotted afterwards all the bad reviews so I was very sceptical about my order being right or on time. I rang the company after 5 weeks asking why I had not received a delivery time for the summer house and was then told that because the item was being treated it would be 6-8 weeks which I was not happy about, they then went on to inform me that there were only a few items left that needed treating so I should receive my Summer house by the 31st of May by the most and I could inform the builders so they could arrange a time to come. Well the date came and passed still no e-mail with a delivery date, so I e-mailed them and was informed the item was still being treated, I then rang them only to find the Summer house had in fact not been treated at all and the treatment machine was not working so all the phone calls/e-mails where lies so I cancelled my order and received my money back and gone elsewhere. This company does not have any UK call centres al foreign-based and in my opinion, are definitely a company to avoid the number of bad reviews speak volume about this company do your research first!!!”

“During the sales process the staff were all very helpful and gave lots of info - only I found later this was built on fabrication of the truth. I was offered an upgraded base for £55, I questioned whether the shed had a floor anyway and was told it did but this base would help the structure so I paid for this extra. I was also offered an upgraded security lock. I questioned whether there was a lock and was told there was so I declined the upgrade. Upon delivery I built the shed inc the base which took 15-20 hours in total. When it was built it was clear from the instructions and look of the shed the floor was missing. I questioned GBD who told me this wasn't included and I needed to buy this myself not from them. THey have confirmed they "got confused and were misunderstood on my original sale". I am pursuing the company for false sale of goods currently and would not recommend their use from my experience.”

“I have bought two sheds from this company both are complete rubbish.Do not believe the positive reviews on here they cannot be true. Here we have a honest review of a 8 x 6 Billy Ho. As I see it now that the shed is falling apart. After one one year. 1. Go buy your shed from Garden buildings direct. You will get a large pile of match wood delivered. That will be a nightmare to erect there will be parts missing. It will look cheap and nasty as that is what it is. you will be able to regret your buying it everytime you walk in your garden. As you will know you got ripped off. 2. Go buy a load of old tea chests from a removal company. Get all your friends together go to the pub and get very drunk. Then all back to your place to make a shed out of the packing cases. Bring out some more tinnies for your guests and get the barby going. Start building the shed with no real plans at all. After a couple of hours your shed will be built. Is option 2 better than option 1. Well they are the same except option 2 is much more cheaper and more fun. Both options you end up with a pile of rubbish at the end of your garden. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS MATCH WOOD SELLER!”

“I would give zero stars if I could. Prior to ordering I requested confirmation that the product would definitely be delivered on the date requested (ordered well in advance) due to being a surprise present for my daughter's birthday. I was guaranteed. Ordered the product and after some time checked the status of the order and it still stated awaiting production. Phoned the company to check as both myself and my husband had taken the day off of work to receive delivery. Was once again guaranteed the product would be delivered on the chosen date. Received an email the day before the delivery was due to be told there would be at least a 2 week delay. So the product would not be here for my daughter's birthday, myself and my husband had to mess our employers around and on top of that when I tried to cancel the order on the Friday, I was told that somebody would not give me a call until Monday or Tuesday to discuss arranging the refund!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. So I have no product, no birthday present for my daughter's birthday and now not even a refund. I have to wait around and hope that I catch the call to receive the refund and then wait 3 - 5 working days after that to actually receive my money. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY”

“Dont buy from these ,Absulate joke of a company.let down on 4 occasion for delivery and now are 3 bits missing on our log cabin.so far 16 days and still not got our parts and everytime you email them they press a button to send you the same reply.no help whats so ever but are very quick to take your money.worst company I have ever had dealings with and hope you all read these reviews as we wished we had and would have saved all this stress and aggrevassion. Still don't have a day to recieve our goods but they are so sorry.not bad as they have had our order since 9th March and still not complete.jokers”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. It seems I have had a very similar experience to many others. Delivery was fine and although I didn't expect to have to help unload it I didn't mind helping. There are lots of bits and none have product numbers so it takes a while to match them up to the product list. The instructions for my log cabin were difficult to follow, even more so as they were for the 14x8 version when I had bought the 12x8. The timber quality is not great, with a lot of chips, splits and dents but was in good enough condition to do the job. All the fixings are in one bag, which is annoying, but not the end of the world. However, half way through construction I realised I didn't have enough of a certain type of wall boards to finish. The product list specified 17, I had 15, but somehow I was 10 short of what was needed. Customer services were polite, but not very helpful and struggled to even find my order. I requested the replacement parts and now I am waiting, with a vague timeline for delivery, hopeful that they will arrive before my cabin gets ruined by the weather. I hope others read this and look elsewhere for thier purchase.”

“Wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase! Delivery was later than told when brought. Missing parts on delivery for roof but we only noticed after delivery as it comes as loose pieces of wood!! Poor instructions. We now have a half built summer house with no roof.. was told 2-3 days for roof parts to then receive nothing after re arranging a man to come and yet again build our summer house. Now we haven’t heard nothing from the company and are waiting with a half built house that’s getting wet! Poor customer service!! Never would use this company again. Extremely disappointed”

“Whilst the delivery arrived on time parts were missing, received email saying missing parts had been shipped which was not true as when I tracked the shipment the courier stated no parcel recieved! Over 10 days later still missing the roofing felt etc. Eventually had to go & buy some felt myself. Quality poor with gaps & warped sides had to use expanding foam & buy filler wood strips to hide the gaps. My fault should have read the reviews! You have been warned.”
