Product quality shocking and your customer service, as you know is even worse. Order arrived broken, dumped in carpark when I requested it was delivered to my back court, quality horrendous and had to contact Trading Standards because no one would reply to my emails. Twice to believing the issue , was dealt with But blamed their Colleagues For misleading me as one was new and one Did not work there anymore\r\n\r\nI have tried Numerous times to contact them\r\nAnd they have not got back to me I also provided them of where they can get legal information on consumer rights as a simple , google search will provide you with much information And\r\nA company has no right to withhold your money once They have Promise to refund\r\nAnd in my situation they have promised Not once , but twice that the issue was dealt with First replacement and then a full refund\r\n\r\nIt also confirms that it is illegal For a company to mislead consumer Which I was unaware of When When they first told me , I had been misled As it altered my decision And claiming my money back through other means (Paypal bank etc) As it was faulty\r\n\r\nI Am now having to go through the correct authorities to claim my money back As they Will not respond to my emails or phone calls."
