“I can't believe the reviews I've just read. I've ordered from this company twice and received beautiful shrubs and plants. The shrubs seem very healthy and delivery was very quick. I planted them immediately and so far so good. I do hope I'm not disappointed later.”

“This was my 2nd purchase in 6 months and both times everything has been absolutely fine, and the plants are excellent. After placing my recent order I checked reviews and was shocked to see how damning they were, & wrote off the money I’d just spent. Happily however everything has gone very well. Very perplexed & sorry to hear about how awful it’s been for so many others.”

“Have ordered twice during lockdown ,both arriving far quicker than expected in the present situation. Obviously with plants,only time will tell,but after a few weeks,I now have 12 very healthy looking varied hostas from the "plugs" which arrived and the latest order all looks pretty healthy to me. I think the website very user friendly and the prices good. Shall continue to use. arriving”

“I placed 2 orders with gardening express, one late evening 17/7/20 for 10 Laurel shrubs and the other on 20/7 for 10 Portuguese laurel. I was starting to panic a bit afterwards after reading all the negative reports and having just placed 2 orders both under£100 So no chance of getting any chargeback. HOWEVER I was pleasantly surprised and relieved when both order turned up on 5/8 and 7/8. Both were well packaged and plants healthy. Emails were sent to me every 3 days to inform of the delay due to a surge in online orders with people staying at Home due to Covid. Emails thus did say items were taking 2-4 weeks. I checked my order status regularly which detailed my order progress. I was emailed that they were shipping my order and to track their progress. I was then emailed by their couriers DX delivery with a tracking number and delivery day. Overall I feel I was kept well up to date with the progress of my order and both separate orders arrived healthy and well packaged. So thank you Gardening Express.... one relieved and happy customer.”

“Never known such bad service . Completely outgrown their usefulness. As has been mentioned loads of self promotion, take your money and you’re left without any back up. If my order ever arrives I will not use them again. Other online plants are being delivered so what’s the problem I ask.”

“Well, I have just received my delivery of plants and I am quite surprised after all the bad reviews. This is my second order from GArden Express and I’m quite taken aback by these bad reviews. The plants were late but I did have an email earlier on explaining why! The plants are fine and all look quite healthy. My previous plants are all doing well. So what’s not to like. I also received a bag of dahlia bulbs as an apology for the later delivery. Thank you Garden Express. Stella Ward.”
