“ I took delivery of a 5-6ft Clematis Alpina in very poor condition. Date on delivery note in box confirmed it had been boxed up for 8 days without light & water before it arrived. Reported my complaint to Gardening Express via there in-line firm but never heard back. £80 down the drain. Avoid using Gardening Express at all costs! ”

“ Acer came in loose soil and roots are not connected to dry soil, leaves are dry or burnt, delivery was not at the time suggested, one plant was not delivered, pots all hydrangeas had not flowers as at was on photos. Very unhappy. Avoid the company . Its not good at all. I spent a lot of money in vain Tanya B ”
