“ Extremely disappointed and will never order from this company again. Told 5-10 days delivery but still waiting after 15 days. No update, no number to call, just a chatbot that constantly says customer services will be in contact within 2 days but they never do. Chased every day this week but still none the wiser if or when I’ll receive my order. Will now request a refund which will probably take more than a week to get. Disgusted. ”
