“ I ordered a Magnolia tree in June 2025, it arrived damaged and broken. I immediately contacted them, with all pictures of the damage. I believed the courier company to be at fault for.their handling. I had an initial response.asking me for evidence whi h they missed given my initial email. I responded back snd never ever heard.back from them. Sadlynit seems that I am.l not the only one who has experienced this poor service. ”
