“Charged me 140 for an extra 1000 miles when I got a quote of 100 at the start of my policy I needed business insurance for 2 weeks and they said it would cost me 340 so obviously I said no, I changed my job occupation and they said that was 340 to change because I was more at risk working in a timber yard than on the railway, so I had to pay it to find out a couple of days later that they charged me for business insurance as well, when I said I didn't want it Stay away from them all they do is charge you stupid money for stuff I'm currently taking them to court”

“They are a scam, surprised how they haven't been shut down yet. Took out insurance and the next day they phone me saying they are going to cancel it because they can insure my address. Surely they wouldn't have given me a quote???? Will get refund but lost £30. If your a student insuring your first car like me I advise you to look somewhere else unless your feeling rich and want to get scammed for your money. Don't even get me started on their customer service I could write a book on that... but overall don't fall for their cheap prices they scam young drivers”

“One of the worst companies I have EVER experienced, upped my insurance from £60 per month to £240 per month on a new car that was not even much of an upgrade. Terrible service and no explanation of their prices.”

“Worst insurers ever. Paid £95 a month which was crap enough but ended up having to fork out £140 extra a few times for more miles. Also either the black box wasn't recording my distance right or they have terrible organisation as id get an email saying I have 45 miles left before driving 10 then my dashboard tells me I've gone over by 5....”

“This company does not even deserve one star. Initially they took more money out of my account for my deposit than agreed . After 6 months I wanted to cancel my policy and was told this would be £60 when I told them I would like to go ahead with cancelling they then changed the price to £164! A whole £104 extra I refused to pay this and got the ombudsman involved which required me to only have to pay the £60 they quoted. Now , a year later after cancelling mybisurance they are contacting me telling me I owe them £635 for an outstanding fee on my account. This company is a joke, money grabbing thirds do not insure your car with them! And their customer advisors are extremely rude also”

“Bought a car for my son, small engine low mileage not modified ( so i thought) the boy come out to fit telematics box and he told me that it had front lowering springs on it!! I am not a mechanic and do not have a clue about cars so i offered to take car to garage to replace the springs they refused cancelled his insurance ( he only been insured 1 week) and we lost £180 insurance money. bought the car in good faith and insured it thinking it was not modified but it has cost alot of money . Really dissapointed in them. Be aware as they are not interested in any offer to make car right. Flat out refusal using " we wont insure now even if you have a garage change springs because its had a modification" i did ask what would happen if a spring broke and he said that is different!! My fault for not knowing it was lowered and i still could nt tell the difference looking at the telematics engineers ford, So we are £180 down and my son is not able to drive. We now have to replace springs and go through getting insurance for a 17 yr old again ..”

“7 months in they cancelled my policy when i asked them to change my post code half mile away do not use these rip of crooks they just want your money they should be investigated and prosecuted for the way they do business preying on new drivers i have a clean driving record its ilegal i will be speaking with trading standards today and may be getting summons to get them in the court room we should all stick together on this company needs to be colsed down.. robert birmingham”

“This company are an absolute joke! They've cancelled my policy and not given me any warning so I'm not without a car! They haven't even actually given me any reason as to why they've cancelled it never Insure with them!”

“This company are a absolute joke! I took the policy out on the basis of me being insured for a certain amount of miles for a year long period! (never would I personally take a policy out if I was measured on how fast I drive and how I drive around corners!) the guy I spoke to ensured me it was only done on mileage and not monitoring my driving (how wrong was he) after coming back off holiday to 3 letters and then my policy being cancelled the next day, I'm now being charged £250+ cancellation fee! Don't go anywhere near this company! joke!”

“Shocking! Tried to cancel my insurance because of "driver score" but they couldn't/wouldn't explain exactly what i'd done wrong. The car I insured with them was shared between me and a sibling who has his own insurance so their was no way of them knowing I was driving at the times they say the car was driven inappropriately. Now they want over £200 to cancel the policy! This is daylight robbery, don't be fooled by the cheap premium.”

“Absolutely awful, took out a policy with them at beginning of year. They cancelled the policy and didn't think to let me know so was driving around with no insurance for 2 months until a police officer decided to stop me and seize my car for of course having no insurance. Rang them up and they were very rude and couldn't explain why I was still paying DD 3 months after!! Avoid this company!!!!”
