I spoke to Opeyemi Aketepe over the phone. He was very nice and polite. He never answered a question with "I don't know"; instead, he politely placed me on hold whilst he went to go and investigate my query which I appreciated. He also stayed behind after his shift; his shift ended at 1730hrs and Opeyemi comprehensively checked if I required anything else before leaving the call at 1828hrs. The phone call lasted almost two hours (and ran over Opeyemi's shift by almost an hour) and Opeyemi was very calm, polite and patient with me, despite the long duration of the conversation. I really appreciate how Opeyemi went above and beyond for me - this is excellent customer service and are positive behaviours which I think deserves acknowledgement. Thank you for all of your help, Opeyemi! :)

Customer service was brilliant, quick, easy, simple and the staff member I had on phone was very helpful and polite. Only reason why not 5 stars is because I was on hold for over 20 minutes.

I was with them first driving yer.Drived on speed limits and mostly hard brake on yelow traffic lights and scores go down.My advice aces yelow light if u can pass it or get -4/5- points for braking.First yer paid 1270 for 3000 miles on policy second yer asked 1500 for 3000 miles.My car 1 litre c1 and i am 25 yer old.Prety expensive.Find out new provider for 5000 miles and 900 cost.Give five star becouse they helped me when their black box killed me battery and had buy new one.My advice would be move one ingenie or other elese.

After being with them for 1 1/2 years had no problems whatsoever, very polite costumer service once i left the company due to selling my vehicle, and very helpful all year round.

Had so many problems with my daughters policy at the start, thank you to the lovely Harriet who went above and beyond to help us get it sorted. Super friendly and very efficient. Admin charges are astronomical but can't fault the customer service everyone we speak to is very helpful

Never had to wait long on the phone for customer service. Great communication. Frequent updates on driving which is helpful in order to avoid being fined. Just a bit expensive

Customer service communication fine, did the cover online for quickness but had to go through the same procedure on the phone, time waiting and frustrating, also didn't do a lot of shopping and now realise they're expensive.

I have been insured with auto saint since October and not had any major problems within this time. Whenever I have had any questions or queries I have rung up and been dealt with almost straight away and always had my problems resolved by the customer service team. I also rung to change my number plate as I just got a private registration and they couldn’t have been more helpful with this. The only problem I have had since been insured is my dashboard going down and not updating quickly, it usually takes a day or two to update which is abit annoying. Other than this there are no problems with this insurance company and I think it is a great company to be insured with for my first years car insurance. However, other insurance companies do money back for good driving or more offers which autosaint doesn’t offer much but the insurance company alone are very good!
