These are a bunch of greedy people. this company is very very unfair, unethical and greedy of money. You could get charged loads of fees for every single request you make! before they finish sensibly mentioning the terms situation, they rush you into commitments for example a black box fitting appointment so on, guess what if you cant make the appointmnet or cancel it in advance you are charged a fee of 63 pounds. thats how ruthless they are, just a mere example. Absolute disgrace this company as a whole. targeting new drivers is what they are good at, and making hundreds of pounds out of their pocket, in the most unfair way. I don't mean to give hate here, but I don't want to see anyone being a victim of an unethical company like this. end of the day its hard-earned money that we stand to lose. gosh

Worst bunch of greedy people. These people are very very unfair, unethical, greedy of money. They can charge you with loads of fees for every single request you make!! before they make a sensible clarification of the situation, they rush you into committing things eg, black box fitting appointment so on, guess what if you cannot attend or even cancel the appointment in advance there is a fee of 63 pounds. believe it or not, that's how ruthless they are, this is just a mere example. I am not here to give hate about anyone, but I really don't like to see people being suffered by unethical companies like this. absolute disgrace!

This firm is a disgrace there get there people to put black box in they fit it wrong muck my sons car up because they wired up to throttle body. 750 pound later for auto electrician for parts and labour. Then they cancel hes insurance and saying that they not receiving the data from the black box that isn't fitted properly.stay way away from this company it's in the hands of my solicitor because they just hang up the phone when trying to sort this out

Absolute f****** rip off! Wanted to cancel my insurance and have been charged over £200 for it. Worst insurance ever, don’t make the same mistake as me make sure you read reviews before buying this p**s poor service

My daughter had an accident on 28 August. The other party have admitted liability and we still haven’t had a cheque. Also terrible customer service on hold for at least an hour before you get through to anyone. So wouldn’t even rate it one star

Wouldnt even give it a 1* My policy wasnt even live, I accidentally put my licence as 5 years (it was 1 month short of 5 years) complete accident. Would have upcharged me £200 for it, I then tell them I'll cancel. They charged me £55 for cancellation fee!! My account wasn't even active and I'd basically been with them 30 minutes Dont go anywhere near them!

THE WORSE CAR INSURANCE. SELFISH AND THEY RIP YOU OFF. DO NOT GO HERE. I just cancelled my policy since starting it from 2nd October this year. I called yesterday regarding cancellation and Daniel from sales department told me that if I cancel my policy within 14 days of my policy date... the deposit I paid of £160.81 will be refunded! I called today to cancel my policy which is well within that 14 days... and Charlie from customer service has said that actually that deposit is non-refundable? How unprofessional is that? Informing customers wrong details and messing them about. On top of that, they want me to pay a sum of £98.32... for what?! To cancel my policy? As they mentioned I have already "used up" my deposit of £160.81 for 10 DAYS of using my policy... 10 DAYS?! The most ridiculous service I ever had. A LOT OF IMPROVEMENT NEED TO BE DONE.

policy for the year is £1206 and this included a small fee as I was paying by monthly direct debit . I’ve paid them already 2 months worth when originally taken out plus a payment for aug and one for September totalling £404 but they want me to pay another £175 for fees and what I owe?! Now I took this policy out on 31st July so I haven’t even had it for 2 MONTHS yet they want me to pay £579 - how is this acceptable and right ? So basically I’m paying £579 for this privilege . I will be contacting the PRA and the FCA about this company as it’s ripping people off Policy was bought via confused.com

Please if your young do not insure with this company it’s a complete rip off, your better paying a bit more and go with Hastings direct, admiral or AA but please not this shower of sh**, my daughter still awaiting for her payment for cancelling due to moving to UNI and it’s be 4 months plus refusing to get us a letter on how much NCB she has!

Cancelled insurance whilst my car was in the care of fords doing a service due to hard breaking, this company is all about ripping you off, £60 each change and money to remove the black box, Etc if your a young driver stay clear of this site unless you drive like mrs daisy all the time,

Awful company, technician didn’t attend appointment to fit black box.. called and they apologised and rebooked it again - a few days later I had a letter of cancellation and them requesting £726- after speaking with someone asking what these fees are for I got threatened with court and a CCJ

I took out a policy as a first time driver to then be told there was an extra charge of almost £200 to actually install the black box ( on top of the deposit ) .. no sort of communication in regards to arranging the black box installation and also a threat of cancelling the policy if it wasnt installed within 14 days. I then decided to CANCEL my policy with them and save myself the hassle, took 2 days to get through to actually cancel. They said they would deduct around £100 for the 2 days i had on th epolicy and that i had to wait 30 days fo my refund. I have in writing the amount to be refunded and the date it should be refunded by which is 30 days after actually contacting them to cancel. 30 days has now lapsed and no refund and no means of getting back in touch with them. Have already raised this with Gocompare, the Financial ombudsmen and the FCA. DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPAN

WORST CAR INSURANCE COMPANY GOING!!!! They sent someone out to fit my black box (I’ve had two with my old car with a different company and never had any issues) I now have a bigger newer car so again was thinking all would go well! Nope! The man that came to install it took my keys and told me to wait in my house until he was finished, fine, no problem! He called me to say all was done after about 45 minutes only to be told ‘your blackbox is all done but I have drained and killed of your car battery so your going to need to get a new one, I’ve spoken to my manager already and he said it isn’t my fault and there’s nothing we can do so don’t complain’ they have since cancelled my policy and refusing to refund me because apparently it’s a problem with my car battery so not there fault! I have had my battery checked by a mechanic and it is completely fine!!!! I’m 8 months pregnant! Missed a diabetic hospital appointment because I had no car to get there and now out of pocket my deposit and have had to pay out for a new policy with another company! There customer service is S***, not only can you never speak to the same one person, but they put you on hold for 45+ minutes and I was even laughed at down the phone by one of there young, inexperienced ‘customer service advisors’ do NOT use this disgusting company.

My daughter sold her car and cancelled her insurance she was told it would take 30 days to process the refund time has lapsed still no refund. No one from "customer service " answering her e-mails. Very poor customer service, still waiting for response

My daughter cancelled her policy as no longer needed a car, arranged the refund and was told it would be 30 days, time has lapsed no one from customer service are answering her e-mail requests for her refund. Very poor service still not resolved
