Definitely would not recommend, did nothing to help me when I had an accident and also, when I wanted to top my miles up, wanted to charge me £360 just for 1000 more!! Stay clear!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Been with this company 2 years, my first year i had a Peugeot 107, I was paying monthly payments and had no problem with them at all! In September I upgraded my car to a Mercedes and payed my insurance off in full, with giving me a weeks notice my insurance has been cancelled due to “low breaking score” which seems to be the reason this company is cancelling a numerous of young drivers insurance for the same reason! I am 19 years old and can’t be accepted for another insurance due to having my insurance cancelled with this company, I asked for them to extend it till I could sort something out and they refused to do so, I then asked for proof of my black box scores with dates, times and road names where I was apparently breaking bad but failed to give me the information I asked me! They have been no help so I take this further!!! Can anyone help me or give me an insurance that will hopefully accept me? Or any advice on what I can do next?

Appalled by this company. With different direct debit payments an 3 different deposits paid my 19 year old son has paid £1300 out. We've had the texts for cancelling policy for braking score an my sons also had issues with his car battery due the black box draining it. Tonight theyve told me there is no refund due as there is a £75 cancellation fee £99.20 commision fee and £816 claw back fee yet the finance company i am upto date with payments.....all in all my son zn myself will have paid out £2301.20 in 4 months. WTF.....ombudsman here i come

Phoned up in regards to my policy being cancelled for poor breaking. My call was immediately answered by a girl called Rachel to which I explained why I was still receiving a low breaking score despite driving more carefully. She actively went out of her way and made calls to the people who monitor my black box and found that there may have been an issue with where I was parking for work. She renewed the cancellation for another week with the expectation that my score will improve now that I will be parking elsewhere. Although she could not guarantee my policy won't be cancelled she will be making a good effort to help me and will call me back in a week to discuss the matter further. She has taken away a lot of my stress from today and yesterday and I am very thankful. My experience with autosaint so far has not been too pleasant and I think there should be more in the way of making contact with customers regarding warnings then just automated texts. People like Rachael are a very redeeming quality about Autosaint though and I give her very high praise for doing her absolute best to assist me in this stressful time.

These are a bunch of greedy people. this company is very very unfair, unethical and greedy of money. You could get charged loads of fees for every single request you make! before they finish sensibly mentioning the terms situation, they rush you into commitments for example a black box fitting appointment so on, guess what if you cant make the appointmnet or cancel it in advance you are charged a fee of 63 pounds. thats how ruthless they are, just a mere example. Absolute disgrace this company as a whole. targeting new drivers is what they are good at, and making hundreds of pounds out of their pocket, in the most unfair way. I don't mean to give hate here, but I don't want to see anyone being a victim of an unethical company like this. end of the day its hard-earned money that we stand to lose. gosh

They can charge you with loads of fees for every single request you make!! before they make a sensible clarification of the situation, they rush you into committing things eg, black box fitting appointment so on, guess what if you cannot attend or even cancel the appointment in advance there is a fee of 63 pounds. believe it or not, that's how ruthless they are, this is just a mere example. I am not here to give hate about anyone, but I really don't like to see people being suffered by unethical companies like this. absolute disgrace!

Mixed review. Bad points:- Whilst is was easy to take out a policy for my grandson, it has been a nightmare trying to cancel. After trying for about 3 weeks. Plus when he did more miles than originally estimated the add on charge was extortionate Good points. The young man I spoke to today was great and cancelled the policy for me. Don't remember his name sorry.

This morning I called up quite frustrated as not one customer service member I have spoken to so far has been able to explain anything Or respond to my emails. I have spoken to Madhia this morning who answered my questions and explained everything fully. A breath of fresh air. A credit. Thank you Madhia

This firm is a disgrace there get there people to put black box in they fit it wrong muck my sons car up because they wired up to throttle body. 750 pound later for auto electrician for parts and labour. Then they cancel hes insurance and saying that they not receiving the data from the black box that isn't fitted properly.stay way away from this company it's in the hands of my solicitor because they just hang up the phone when trying to sort this out
