“I found Bennets insurance very easy to apply for. I was able to purchase the insurance quickly and efficiently while at the point of purchasing a bike on a sat morning a private sale. The price was very good and I would recommend Bennets to anyone.”

“The on line system was easy enough to use when you take your time. I got a very good value for money quote. I then bought the policy but made a mistake about the start date. I phoned Bennetts and the team on the phone were excellent. They changed my policy and got everything sorted so I could pick up my new bike as planned. Brilliant. Thank you for your 1st class service.”

“The first person I spoke to about renewing was not very helpfull at he just said that is the best price on the system is there anything you want change on the policy and quite happy to let me go as a customer I decided to ring again got someone else and they went out of there way get me the best price to keep me as a customer she said we vaule our customers thank you hope this feed back helps”

“I applied on line after my last provider didn't answer their phone after 30 minutes I'm pleased I did not the cheapest but providing the essentials I require. Rang the call centre to enquire about cover for using bike for charity work due to calling late in the day I couldn't get an answer there and then Bennetts rang me back the following day as promised. Overall a professional and courteous approach to their business.”

“Well what can I say after 15 years away from biking had a look round for insurance expecting some extortionate quotes and what a pleasant surprise Bennetts still the cheapest and best insurance provider out there.its as simple as this I will not use anyone else for bike insuranceeasy and pleasant to deal with.”

“It wasn't so much about the cheapness of the quote more about getting the right cover at the right price and one which recognises the age and experience of the rider. Online application process was easy to use and clearly explained.”
