“I haven't had to use them for anything yet (touch wood) but I am sure I will get the same positive response as I have had through emails etc. They keep in touch so you know they will look out for you.”

“Initially received a huge renewal price vs last year but a phone call sorted it all out and I ended paying less than last year so thx for sorting it. I did wonder why I had such a large increase in my car insurance in the first place?”

“I got notification regarding the renewal of my car insurance, I agreed with the new quote so I am happy. Many other companies raise the insurance to inflated prices, in my opinion but certainly not Budget Insurance.”
