“Worse insurance ever do not take out insurance with them. Customer Service is Rubbish. All they do is put you on hold. I had two months left with them and they recently sent me a letter saying I was speeding and there going to cancel my insurance because of this. But the time they said I was speeding was when I was at work. I told them I have proof I was at work and no one else drives my car. But they never listened at all spoke to three different people PAUL, SARAH, SEMESTER . I Asked to speak to a manager no one let me speak to a manager. Apperantly I had a two hour wait to talk to a manager. I said I can send in proof a formal letter from my company to state the hours I was working SARAH said it's not good enough anyone can write a letter. I said cctv then SARAH said not good enough.I will be taking this further. WORSE INSURANCE COMPANY they just clearly didn't want to give me my No claims bouns. I only had two more months left. The Question i would of liked answered, is if I have proof I was working then why couldn't it be looked into or sent in ???”

“No Issues with Carrot Insurance but the I-Box seems to have a mind of its own at times so I don't feel my scores have been fair but other than that the service has been great. I've only been with Carrot for 3 months so only the early stages, hope things stay the same.”

“No matter how well you may drive they always seem to find something to put negative points on. I've also noticed it's so easy to be put into the negative numbers of your scoring app when you make just one bad journey amongst the 100 other goods.”

“I've never had problem getting through when need to call so good service there but I do not believe the black box is accrutate there's been several times its said I have been speeding when I no I haven't and I've had a letter threatening to cancel my policy and when I have speed on couple of occasion it's given me good scores they really need to look at these boxs heard so many stories about them”

“The black box was fitted very fast,not quite sure how accurate these things are mind..The app is easy to use and shows me any savings I have made through careful driving which can only be a good thing”

“The black box scores are not accurate. The usage score is ridiculous, this should be amended so people who drive safely in rush hour are still able to gain a good score. The smoothness rating I feel is fair. With regards to speed, I have exceeded the limit by a lot at times (10-15mph) and it's not changed my score from 10. Other times I have exceeded it by 4mph for 10 seconds throughout a whole journey and received a -10 score. This must be reviewed.”

“Very cheap but still need my black box fitted, every time they ring I answer then my phone decides to cut them off so I ring back and usually wait on the phone for 20 minutes so I don't bother”

“Telematics box was fitted fine, they even phoned me To organise the fitting. I'm a new driver and the app is very good too see how my driving is doing. As a student it's cheap for me, currently had no problems at all.”
