Much cheaper quote than I got from any competitor. Rewards you for good driving with cash back and cheaper top up miles if you exceed your annual mileage. Would definitely recommend

I had no problems. brilliant customer service, friendly polite. I had my cover for less than a week then someone reversed into my parked car they dealt with the issue no problem cant fault them. even the box is on point.

So far so good. I have had to contact Carrot on several occasions and found it relatively easy (depends on time of day). Staff seem to have answered my questions accordingly. The dashboard section is good although the usage seems a little higher than I thought I had been using previously. I have not asked how much it will be to buy extra miles should I eventually need to so I will see about the cost then, hopefully reasonable! The carrot card is a good incentive for me as being a 19 year old driver, every little helps and it's never that cheap for the first couple of years.

good company to be with the cash rewards are great however I still havnt recived my carrot card its now February ive been with carrot since last October.

The concept of being able to check your performance on your drivers dash board is a great concept and tool for training young drivers whilst rewarding them financially at each quarter and a discount off the next years insurance,gives them incentive to drive sensibly. One down point I have had to keep phoning to receive my reward card and have been told its been sent out, it had not they are re-issuing it and I still haven't received it. Robbie Pople S690131T

Easy to contact and quick to resolve any issues you may have,also reasonably priced for young drivers in comparison to other companies, reward scheme is great for safe driving already i have had money back from 3 months safe driving overall good insurance company with the expierenve i have had so far.

I had the i-box installed today, but I can't use the app because I need a username and password, only problem.... I'v never been given one.

I've had problems with the insurer from the get go! My box had to be replaced as the didnt fit it properly... It then wasn't switched on for a week. The readings it was giving off were ridiculous for example reading that I had been driving from 18:00 (the time I get home from work) to 07:30 (the time I leave for work). And then to top it all off after my first quarter my dash read I would be awarded around £40... However when it came to the day I was awarded nothing and was told I wasn't getting anything either. I disputed and after 3 weeks am still waiting for a response. The only reason I didn't give one star is because the price of the insurance was very affordable for me.

Carrot insurance is very good and incredible for young drivers however the only downfall is the usage, because some young people have to work late hours so they need to be able to drive after 11pm, and sometimes more than 7 times withing 24 hours, other than that carrot is a spectacular insurance company

Great value for a new driver. Really easy to get my 'black box' fitted and great being able to see how my driving is going. I would recommend Carrott to any new driver

Really. Good. Get feedback from every drive and fairly lenient with speed. Only downside is how they score you for long drives even though I have said I will do a lot of miles

My insurance was sorted out on line and was the most competitive I could find. The fitting of the black box took 30 minutes and so far has worked very well. I wasn't made aware that driving after 11.00 at night would mark my usage down to -2.0. Being allowed to drive after 11.00pm was one of the reasons I took out this insurance. The app works really well and gives you an accurate view of current driving scores, cashback and insurance discount earned.

Excellent price for a new young drivers first insurance. Cash reward incentive is fantastic considering already the lowest priced insurance around. Check on my driving styles continuously through the app, for my piece of mind as well as the insurers. One minor complaint. On day of my ibox being fitted, installer was told to stop the install as my exhaust was a none standard after market setup. This was not the case, the exhaust is a standard optional extra on the SXi, and after contacting Carrot with the facts my ibox was fitted on the next available appointment. So all good, and very happy overall with the product and service received.

I passed my test not so long ago and I am only 17 years of age. I thought I wouldn't be able to insure a car with the quotes that I had collected however when I came across Carrot this all changed. They gave me a quick cheap quote via confused.com I then rang them up and set up everything. I was delighted with the friendliness of Carrot and I found them very helpful. Being able to view you're driving scores and many other things via the app and online entices you to drive better especially with cash rewards. When I first had the box fitted there was a problem with one of the figures I contacted them and without fuss they sorted it out straight away. Since then I have had a couple of enquires because its my first ever policy and I have contacted them in numerous of different ways including E-mail, Facebook messenger and telephone. Each time i have had a quick and helpful response, I am over the moon with this company, they beleive in young drivers and its made my life so much easier.
