“They are good easy total to”

“The scores for overall driving was wildly inaccurate, for example the average of a 10 and -10 score is -10. It seemed like the score for that week would be your worse score. This lead to exploitive prices when buying more miles and getting less on the rewards page. Also the customer service of the staff was good but getting in touch meant I had to hold for more than 30+ minutes meaning I could only contact them when I had a day off work if I didn’t call on the Saturday. It has now changed to live chat which is much better but the waiting time is much longer, sometimes triple, than the text says the waiting time is. The black box fitting service was great and I have no complaints.”

“No problems with the company, customer service seems good too. Booking a slot to get a black box fitted was no effort. I’d highly recommend this insurer to new drivers/teens needing insurance on their first car like myself.”

“Carrot were good and support was extremely helpful where needed. My wingman wasn't sent out at first but as soon as I let them know they dispatched one and extended my deadline for installing it. very happy with my decision to go with this insurance company.”

“Great service and quick to deal with things, my only complaint is the lack of human interaction. Call centres can be expensive to run but it is much better to talk to somebody than a live chat service”

“By far the cheapest policy I've had in 5 years, Quick and easy to purchase and set up Telematics box which is sent straight to your home address free of charge, the App is easy to navigate and manage your policy. Highly recommended”

“Good customer service for the most part. Was on hold for a while at times but now theyve switched over to the fully online help center and got it all going, its very efficient and i get through to someone everytime and theyre always very helpful.”
