“They are always on hand to quickly resolve any queries. It’s good for me to track my driving and earn treats every week for driving well! The price was good for insurance and you can connect to the app as soon as you download and have a Bluetooth connection to the car. It’s quick easy and simple. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is the app sometimes malfunctions and does not record journeys however the staff on the live chat quickly resolve this issue for me.”

“Everything was super quick, easy and fast. I went for Carrot as they were the cheapest option - as I’m a student. Love that it is Bluetooth monitored on my insurance rather than using a black box. Means no installation free and a Bluetooth device came to my door within 2 days. Love the app too!”

“***Warning Warning Warning*** Do NOT take out an insurance policy with these cowboys. I took out a policy with was to include a black box. Week 2 i received an email saying my score was "negative" and if it happened a subsequent week my policy would be cancelled. Assumed this was a mistake and tried to contact them via phone but they only deal with policy holders via live chat. Surprise surprise email following week saying my insurance would be cancelled as i had had another "negative" week. Total scam!!! I had hardly driven my car as I have a van from work. So my few weeks of insurance cost me £225 AND they are trying to chase me for a further £75 for a cancellation fee.”

“Forced to use a black box with 2 years no claims, which uses a faulty app to track your car and rarely catches a full trip resulting in emails blaming you for it and warning about policy cancellation. Using the live chat or phone number for help just means answering a robot for 5 minutes before being redirected to the other line of contact”

“In the past couple of weeks I have had various questions as to how my scores were worked out and how I could improve them. Each time, I used the chat facility and each time the agent I spoke to has been fantastic. They have explained thoroughly, checked data and related it to my query, never made me feel silly and never rushed me. I can honestly say, it is such a great service, and getting a transcript of our "conversation" means that I have a record of it all and can look back on it to really make sure I don't forget what has been said. Thank you so much!”
