“I've been with carrot a few weeks now and straigjt from the start they have been amazing. The black box was fitted within a time scale and at a time to suit me. They have been easy to contact via live chat and I'm pleased with the service. Highly recommend”

“So far i had great experience, I have had a quick booking for the black box, I am now awaiting for it to be fitted I had trouble with my account but the customer service had came back to me with an excellent response, so far so good, very satisfied.”

“This is the first insurance company I have got car Insurance with as a young driver, but so far I have been receiving excellent customer services as the telematics landline respond within seconds and the web support is easy to reach out to. Just waiting my documents so far, but got the cheapest quote possible.”

“Only had my policy for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. Good customer service and really easy to get a hold of, the live chat is very useful too. Only thing I’d change is that it should state somewhere that from the first payment when you start your policy you are fully insured! As when I first started my policy I had to verify my documents and license etc, and was afraid I wasn’t covered but it turns out I was! Other than that, very good and really reasonable price - cheapest I have found in comparison websites”

“I love the fact you are rewarding on being a safe driver and it is very easy to achieve! I have had my insurance for nearly a year now and only a handful of times I was not green”

“Great price, cheapest I could get! Everything done through my phone is great, only waiting on being able to use apple carplay! The weekly treats are a great touch and really give you the incentive to drive well.”

“Really happy with Carrot insurance, it was one of the cheapest quotes by far when I first started driving, and one year on my renewal quote has halved!! I love that you can earn points every week and exchange them for vouchers, it’s a really good incentive! Carrot are really easy to get hold of via the live chat and the agents are really helpful, renewing my insurance was very easy. Thank you Carrot!”
