“Carrot Insurance is very helpful when it comes to solving problems. I had a problem with my Better Driver App and through their fantastic live chat system I was able to speak to a representative within minutes. And the problem was solved quickly. Excellent customer service and very reasonable insurance for a first time insurance. Very happy with them. :)”

“Was easy to set up if I had an issues the online chat system worked very well. I’m part of the new driver system and think getting points for good driving is a good way of helping me to drive safely.”

“Insurance is great for the money. Better drive is a great policy that brings costs down for young drivers like myself. I would like to see a more reliable app as the current on just isn't as reliable as k need it to be to record journeys.”

“Iv just passed my test & insured my car with your selfs, at the time I didn’t really know what to expect or how’s this worked but carrot & also close brother both payed it out step by step to help me get through what needed to be done.”

“Very easy app, easy to understand and if you’re in green every week you get little gift vouchers for things like costa and Halfords! Every issue I’ve had with the app you speak to someone on line who talks you through things step by step. Staff are very friendly and helpful!”
