“For the first time in my life I made a claim on my Household Insurance Policy. Because of the circumstances I could easily have exaggerated the claim, but I didn't. I had all my the facts in place, with supporting evidence. It was dealt with so Professionally, and within 7 days a substantial settlement was agreed, and payment to my Bank received 2 days later. Both Policies that I have with Churchill have just been renewed ( Home & Car). They have gone up, and we are always being encouraged to "shop around" Not a chance! For piece of mind the extra cost is worth paying. Well done Churchill.”

“I had my car damaged by a herd of cows and had to claim on my insurance due to the extent of the damage. The Churchill staff were absolutely lovely and arranged for it to be repaired by a garage that collected my car and lent me a courtesy car and did a fab job. Everything was sorted out with minimal hassle. I was waiting to leave a review as I wanted to see what would happen to my premium for this year and I'm very pleased that is hasn't gone up too much so I'm definitely going to continue to used Churchill.”

“Can not fault Churchill and I would certainly recommend No hassle always get helpful friendly customer service support and my recent motor claim went through without any problems they acted so professionally I just made an initial call to report the incident and they did everything for me I haven’t had to chase once”
