In the end I didn't use Churchill, as the were much more expensive than my current insurer.

General linkage problems with two houses to insure and Churchills cookies how it remembers which account you are using fails. This then has knock on effects when using go-compare for example as it doesn't link correctly. Ended up insuring the same property twice.

It's a good company but the price It's over the charts how can u ask for 210£ insurance when i have now 79£ frkm other provider. It's insulting the amount they are asking. Other companies can offer the same services for at least 50% less money

Very disappointed with my last telecom with Churchill, the person taking the call was very hard to understand, and there was far to much background noise which made it even harder to understand.

Very poor communication between your departments, I was told my insurance would be cancelled, when I had sent my proof of no claims bonus on two occasions but due to the person I emailed proof to he failed to pass it on to the appropriate party. Will think twice about renewing with you.

Had a car accident in early January.Repair and courtesy car were great.Paid £350 excess and put in claim.Police at scene told us not our fault,and we are sure we were not at fault.I have phoned and written to Churchill asking for update on claim progress but cannot get any information.Don't even acknowledge my letter.Very frustrated and dissappointed

I was Very unhappy to find out 6 months in that I could not add my daughter as a named driver because she was under 25 and from Northern Ireland!!! Very disappointed

Ive been trying to get a quote online for an adjustment to my policy (i tried twice) over a week later - no response and it took a good 15 minuted to fill in the request!!

Disappointed with this company, is an understatement, they cancelled my policy after two months because l made a one off single/ annual payment of about £920-00, After a review of the policy, I was informed that I need to pay £20-00 extra but within this period I was caring for a relative with terminal cancer, and before I could pick myself up, they wrote to me that the policy is cancelled. I was of the assumption that since I have paid 98% of the annual payment and we are only in the 2nd month of the policy, ,that they will give me more time, but to my dismay they cancelled my policy

If u have a full NCB on your old policy u cannot transfer it to a new Churchill policy. U have to start again. Cheapest insurance I could find on net at time.

I would never use them again due to their £50 cancellation fee when I cancelled policy to transfer to a motability car/insurance.

Churchill has a fear of fixing infotainment system that have malfunctiond during a crash. My guess is there too expensive to fix/replace. And just want to fix obvious damage at the cheapest cost.

ok insurer, not the cheapest. MOST ANNOYING ADVERTS ON THE PLANET; if it wasn't for comparison sites I wouldn't have used Churchill because of their inane adverts: change your advertising agency for God's sake.

I was late paying my insurance i was given time but it rolled over 1day and they cancelled my insurance when i rang and would not even hear as to why .
