“Daughter at present is having an issue with the computer system being down. They can’t even process her claim. Frustrating when she requires a courtesy car for work. In this day and age this is terrible for customers who rely on their cars. Phoning them to complain & no one is interested in offering a solution.”

“Never claimed before in over 20 years of driving until this year...have to admit the Churchill team acted like Ninjas sorting my car out, arranging pickups and drop offs before you could say Chuck Norris! REally impressed, took the stress out the whole situation, thank you”

“Easy and quick, however breakdown policy at some point gets off the bill even though you selected it. So you first think price is good, then you gotta add some extra few pounds to the bill. But overall, good so far”

“Changed last year Churchill offered a good deal, far better rate than my previous provider. They were pleasant and easy to deal with. Insurance arrange£ with no hassle. Have not made a claim so cannot comment on that side of the business but assume it’s to the same standard.”
