“A little disappointed with the breakdown service in that you can't claim the same breakdown more than once in a month. Green flag is good, they got me going at the road side, but sometimes you can't afford garage fees in the same month so you have to pay for an independent tow company.”

“my husband passed away and I was still driving his old car, when I made alterations to policy I was charged a £26 admin fee. Even after asking customer care if they could waiver the fee was told no way. Car engine size gone down but policy shot up.would only let me pay over 2 months even though there are 4 months left. Costs went from £17 pm to £40 something. Will definatley be looking else where on renewal. Not a very understanding insurer.”

“What l liked about the policy was the price it was nearly the same as last year,it showed a bit of loyalty by not banging the price up when the policy was due again,if it hasent gone up this year l will take it on again.”

“I had my insurance with Churchill for a year it online it was ok in beginning after4 month the price up I didn't not receive a letter saying your premium will increase. I didn't want to argue with then I just cancelled.”

“Today I spoke to Regan he was so pleasant and helpful not like the other companies I phoned round who all sounded fed up, I didn't buy the quote with Churchill in the end as it was quite expensive but I think regan deserves some recognition for his excellent customer service”

“Am happy with service. Purchased policy again because of ADVANTAGES it's easy to get in touch and I always get help - better opening times than my previous one Competitive prices Business use included 3rd party to drive other cars included Breakdown cover included Low excess Documents available even when unless leaving and asked for proof of NCD DISADVATAGES No option to pay monthly Web site can be annoying and not always give you a quote - I had to fill it out a few times”

“Best quote at the time and as a bonus a year free Green Flag cover. (As it happens I didn't need it as I was insuring a new car with breakdown cover - still a nice to have though.)”
