“Never had a reason to contact them other than to renew the policy and so far they haven't hiked the price of the policy stupidly when it comes time to renew. Unlike other insurers I have never been told I have to get a new photo licence because?????.”

“Competitive price and good cover in general. However don't think I will renew or insure with Devitt again because of poor communication when submitting documents. I submitted photos of my motorcycle and a mileage agreement only to receive a letter stating my policy was to be cancelled due to them not receiving this information. Prior to this I received an email confirming Devitt had received the necessary documentation. Sent an email to request clarification that I am insured but no response. With such poor service I hope I never have to make a claim.”

“Devitt is The best bike insurer out there! Very competitive prices with a great range of deals. Devitt is the only company I can get road recovery included in my deal with my 22 year old bike. Very friendly customer service. Very happy customer 😊”

“The price was very competitive, and the customer service agent was friendly. Unfortunately, I then received threatening emails and a letter, suggesting I had not sent my licence and no claims info, (I had) This needed a prolonged call from me as they ignored my emails. .Resolved but I'm hoping I don't need the claims department.”

“I have been with Devitt 25 odd years. Its not like me to stay with an insurer, as I change them regularly for the car and house, because there prices for new customers are always much, much, lower than the loyal ones. The mugs! I'm simply not prepared to barter with them for reductions. Devitt have always given a competitive price, they are easy to use and always helpful. I have no hesitation recommending them.”

“You have an inability to read emails sent to you resulting in the cancellation of my insurance, but then how much money can you make by closing accounts. I have done another review but you say it's not verified but how not when you contacted me on my email address.”

“You obviously can't read emails as I sent you all the information required and you read half giving permission for Mrs squires to deal but failed to see code sent so now the insurance is cancelled by you because of your incompetence.”

“Harassment and constant threatening letters despite providing proof of no claims discount. Very poor customer service as nothing done when calling to notify they had the proof. They just agreed they had it and to ignore any letters, however the threats of cancellation continued. Do not insure with this company unless you want hassle and worry that you may not be insured. Heaven forbid you ever need to make a claim!!!”
