“have been with adrian flux for a number of years and have received nothing but courteous treatment from friendly staff. For me they have never been beaten on price (people should do their homework and if you get a better price from elsewhere then contact them and they will match any prices they have received). Finally, yesterday i had cause to use their breakdown service and their service was second to none. Most helpful, friendly and what could have been traumatic was in fact a quick response and a sympathetic demeanour.”

“I have an imported sports car and have been with these guys for 3 years. Whenever I have had to call them the customer service staff are always very helpful and friendly. No problems with renewals. Would recommend.”

“My son had a learner driver insurance with this company. We asked for 6 months insurance but was advised by the expert to take out 12months as if you pass within 3 months you would get half back and then every month after that would be pro rata. So he passed 4 months and 2 weeks and we have been offered £54 back. The policy cost 463. However if we had not been badly advised we would have paid £300 for a 6 month policy this makes my son who is an apprentice £100 worse off. I am disgusted and asked to speak to someone but got told they would send terms and condition booklet through and I could write a complaint. Surely to avoid negative reviews it would be better to speak to that person and try to assist them. Very unhappy and definitely will be complaining. Spoke with a very nice and helpful person. Said they would review the original phone call. Got a call back confirming that we were correct and sorted out amicably . Thank you Flux Direct.”

“Very easy to deal with. I am a newly qualified driver in my first year after passing my test. I have box fitted to monitor my driving. Good rates and definitely recommend to others.”
