“Absolutely dreadful. Messed everything up. Left me without insurance for 6 months but charged me just the same and are now refusing to refund payments. When mistake was uncovered charged me a mid term change charge to sort it out. Customer services rude. Whole thing now in the hands of the ombudsman. Once it expires I shall go back to my previous insurer, would do so sooner but these b******** will charge me if I do!”

“After comparing, Halifax could provide me with what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I haven't needed to get in touch with them so therefor cannot comment further except to say that I'm happy with what I have.”
