“They charge £25 admin every time you want to make an adjustment and when I queried something i was told it couldn't be done even though every other company l have been with have found it no problem”

“I rang as I needed to make a small amendment to my policy, which would only need a tick, and was told I had to pay £25 for the privilege. This is far too steep for the tiny amendment, I only wanted to add business use so I could take pupils to a football match. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for a while. The operator came back and said I couldn't speak to a manager and there wasn't much point anyway as they would say exactly the same thing. That wasn't the point, I wanted to speak to someone.”
